  3. ability to change an invoice into an estimate when client decides not to pay for order

    Often people come in to view photos, saying they are buying -- you put it together on an invoice and then at the end, they say it is too much and they are going to think about it.....Would like to be able to switch it to estimate.... so that we don't pay commission -- and a sale never comes in!

  4. Ability to individually customise font formatting in notes to highlight important data (colour, size weight etc per line)

    Being able to highlight specific aspects of notes would make them so much easier to read, especially for clients with a lot of data.

    We could do this in our old system & aside from being able to bold, underline & increase the size of really important info, I could colour code other important data so I could easily pick it out when a client called & needed to quickly scan as I spoke to them. So for example, any voucher/session package info was in blue, family member info was green, pet info was purple, payment information was in red…

  6. Allow Partial Payment of Online Invoices

    Thank you for adding the ability to make online payments. It would be helpful is a client could make a partial payment instead of having to pay the entire thing. Example. The customer owes $4000 but needs to spread out the payment with different cards and/or on different dates. The flexibilty would be helpful.

  9. Commissions should only be paid when money is PAID on an invoice.

  10. Organization tab needs to be available on stratus web

    We use both the desktop and online stratus -- When using organizations that are required and needed daily, our web users cannot complete their job effectively with out having ORGANIZATION available.

  11. When viewing and printing an unlinked appointment -- You should be able to see the same info.

    In other words, what you see on the screen when you click on an appointment, should preview and print the same. This means that you need to add the info field of "Description" to the print/preview options.

  12. Confirm Appointment or Session with a "Yes" SMS reply

    Some may not want to click on the long awkward link, having the option to reply with a Yes to confirm would help.

  13. Integrate with a Cloud Based Call System

    It would be amazing if cloud based phone calling and Stratus was CRM integrated with each other. That way you could make phone calls by clicking on contacts inside of Stratus. Also when a contact calls in, it is synced with the CRM so it pulls up the clients client tab when they call in.

    Built-in email verifier, to let you know email when you enter it to know if the email is correct email. To make it easier when entering leads.

  15. 2 week Time Card Reports

    We are paid Bi-Weekly. My husband would like the Time Card reports to show the hours for the whole 2 weeks, not have them separated by weeks. Thank You!

  17. option to set default invoice type for first invoice on existing session (not through wizard)

    When you make the first invoice in an existing or new session, it would help if it auto inserted invoice type to session fee (rather than initial order) .. whether you use or don't use wizard ..

  20. Online Booking when only one Session Type is online see description

    A way to see the Session Type description when only one Session Type is offered as we can only see the Calendar when link is clicked on
