  1. PLEASE allow for all caps in a name like IBM or a clients name RJ

    Allow ALL CAPS in a name like IBM, ABC, or a client's 1st name RJ. This is a no-brainer to add.

  2. add 'Apply to all locations' button when setting up company preferences

    Currently you need to go and set up preferences for each location, it is very tedious and time consuming to make sure all the information was entered correctly and it all matches.

  5. Organization dropdown on webform for record

    It would be great for our clients to be able to pick their organization and it automatically goes on their record. This would save us time giving them a reorder. We have about 1500 online contact forms submitted yearly.

  6. List and open clients that are in the same group from the Client's Group Tab

    In other words, have 3 list boxes in the Client's Group Tab, instead of the current two. First two list boxes would be as they are now. Currently the list boxes are...

    1) All groups
    2) Groups that current client belongs to

    3) New list box would show the clients that are a member of the group that is selected in the second list box

    • double clicking on a client in the third list box would open that client 'card'

    This would make it more intuitive to work with groups for the purpose of relationships between clients such as ...

  8. Return the black and white options for customers to see images as and order them that way

    Bring back the option for the viewing option for black and white for images and the ability to order them that way as well.

  9. For the custom labels and lists, enable the ability to move the items up or down without losing data

    Enable the custom list items to be moved around (up or down). As we add items, they often are not grouped with similar items, so it would be nice to be able to change the order.

  10. Make birthday the trigger separate for each family members birthday including the main client

    At the moment when you create a trigger for birthdays it triggers every birthday on the client card meaning HTML's or SMS's can not be personalised with the clients name or childs name etc. If we could have the option to have all the birthdays as separate triggers they could all be personalised.

  11. When you create in invoice, have software notify you at that time if a deposit can be applied.

    Many times I forget a client has a deposit, and I send the invoice (collecting the entire amount), then when I enter the full payment in Spectra, I am notified that a deposit is available...I often have to refund an amount equal to the deposit.

  12. Let users know they can search within a name, not just 'starts with' ...

    Let users know with a tooltip that they can search within a name by typing the % character at the beginning. For example %Smith will find the hyphenated name Jones-Smith in the client hub. With brides keeping their maiden name we use this every day and it is crazy to me that it is not talked about.

  14. Ability to send completed online booking to a custom thank you page for facebook/instagram ads

    It would make it easier to set up a facebook/instagram ad campaign if I could specify a custom thank you page. When the thank you page is generated in the iFrame, facebook/instagram can't tell when a booking has been completed. I need the ability to send a confirmed booking to a separate thank you page.

    Maybe we can do this. But I did not see the option anywhere.

  17. In webform, allow a dropdown menu for your pronouns. He, she, they, other. Should be able to automatically be added to their record

    We photograph a lot of seniors that do not use their specific gender. It would be great to know before they show up for their session. Also, some names are not gender specific and it would be great to know in advance so we can have the right cap and gown ready for them.

  18. Ability to customize General Session Types

    Currently there are only 3 options to choose for the Session Style (which is also the General Session Types in the budget and reports areas). It would be great to be able to add General Session Types (or Session Styles depending on where you are looking) so I could create reports. For example: I do both portrait and commercial photography. It would be great to be able to assign all of my portrait sessions to a general "portrait" type and all of my commercial sessions to a general "commercial" type so I could create budgets and reports for those as…

  19. Allow flexible payment options like Affirm, Afterpay etc as payment options

    Flexible payment options are becoming increasingly popular and would significantly impact sales. We are going to be implementing these in our studio but it would be nice to be able to have it as a payment option. Affirm, for example, offer all the code to implement it in existing software.
