  1. looking for a way to design, organize and manage marketing plans

    looking for a way to design, organize and manage marketing plans. For ex. "Fall Portrait Special" (all materials, layouts and printed materials completed by 9/15) 1. mail postcard by 9/30 - 2. 4 days later, send html email followup - 3. 2 days later, send 2nd email - 4. 2 days later send 3rd email followup.......etc.

  2. Allow to bulk update session records, via csv at the least. This would allow something like, say, updating yearbook poses as a batch.

    It doesn't even need to be a gui, it can just be a wizard like the client updater. It would just be really helpful to be able to use say a .csv to batch update session records rather than doing so one by one.

  3. Create a way to track whether a session has been viewed in InspiredByYou

    It would be wonderful to be able to track which sessions have been viewed in IBY. In our workflow, we trigger a call AND an HTML email when senior portraits are uploaded and available to view. It would be great to send just an email, and then be able to schedule a follow up call for ONLY clients who haven't viewed their sessions a few days later. It would be a huge time saver!

    please make a way that we can print a label for appointments with the information that is on the appointment confirmation page

  6. Allow merge of session records

    Organization reporting only works if the student has only one session record. The current process for cleaning up multiple client session data is to delete one of the session records. This leaves the door wide open for the wrong session record to be accidentally deleted and session images to be lost. You have a client merge function already. Can you add a session merge function that will add the second session to the advanced calendar and merge the session images so that no data will be lost?

  7. Improve Sales Module

    In multi-screen sales I'm limited to 6 images per screen. Increase that number at least by 2X please.
    Also a room view is vital to wall portrait sales. I've been considering going to ProSelect just for that feature but like the smooth inegration of sales with S+.

  9. Let us be able to organize price list within the "Order Detail"

    Let us be able to organize price list within the "Order Detail" tab so that we can put them in an order that maybe is most used.

  11. Stratus - iPad-Based Client Check In

    Right now, when a client calls in for an appointment, we capture their first and last name and cell phone number.

    Then, when they come in, we capture their school info, their home address, etc.

    It would be great to have an iPad interface to Stratus where (though a series of checkboxes in Company Preferences) we could determinew which client fields come up on an iPad for their completion.

    Once they complete the form on their iPad, the information would transfer over wifi to their Stratus record.

  12. Call Tab, have a Group column.

    This will help my staff calling see the event or how they found out about your studio, or what kind of portrait they may want, easily and quickly. It would also help sort the calls, so you can make all the same calls together from one event.

  13. Implement Variable data for text fields in the digital template builder

    Build into the text layer in the digital template builder the ability to include a data field(s) from the client or session screen. The idea is to have variable data digital products rendered by Stratus.

    For example, on a photo graduation announcement layout, include a text layer that pulls from the First Name field or last name field, Graduation year field, the organization name. This would improve our ability to render a completed, individualized product directly out of Stratus without having to do any additional work on the file output.

  14. Phone number search options for Family Members

    Phone number search to include any family member phone numbers that may be listed. Or be able to click on family members when searching to find them

  15. Payment Type Column

    Add option in Invoice browsing to add a column to indication the payment type (Cash, Credit card, ect.)

  16. Allow a date on the small calendar (right side) to be color coded so that we can quickly find dates held for special sessions

    We hold two dates a week for senior sessions. They change each week to allow for availability but we have to click on every day in order to identify them every time we schedule a client.

  17. A note area for an outside location

    It would be nice to be able to write a short note about the location. Such as 'load at the back door' or 'unlock walkway poles for unloading' or 'park at a certain spot'.

  20. Add Session Participants/Relationships into the Online Session Booking process.

    Adding Session Participants/Relationships into the Online Session Booking process would prevent staff having to collate and enter later. A great time saver!
