  1. Link client organization to session organization so that they must match.

    Link the client organization to the session organization so that they must always match. Every year we have a handful of students that transfer to different schools that we also provide photography services to and my employees change the client organization, but forget to change the session. This oversight causes the yearbook export to overlook them. I'm not really sure why anyone would want a client organization to be different from the session.

  3. Give us the option for YEAR/Month/Day or Month/Day/Year for session/appt dates

    I have clients with multiple sessions and when I sort the sessions by date it gets messy. You didn't even use the two digits in the code for months so when I sort the sessions to find something a client needs from previous years Jan falls in front of Oct and the years are out of order. I'm going to feel really stupid if we already have this option, but please let me know.

  4. auto fill in the date a call is set up

    When setting up future calls, it would be great to have the date auto fill the date the call was set up, that way we would know how long it has been since the call was set up. For training new telemarketers this is useful also.

  5. Add a way to make a trigger based off of a cancelled session.

    We are looking to automatically have an email go out to cancelled sessions that have not rebooked yet. We would like to include a link in the email to the website where they can make a new booking or encourage them to call in.

  6. REMOVE ALL TIMEZONES IF YOU CHOOSE A US BASED ONLY BUSINESS

    We only photographer is the US, can we remove the 2948938 other timezones that are listed.

  7. Ability to choose which image folders get created

    Just allow the folders created they you want. and not create so many extra folders that you might not use.

  9. Suggestions Listings - Add Date of Suggestion to Suggestion Summary

    It would make nice to be able to see the original posting date somewhere in the suggestions post summary so that you don't have to click on the suggestion to see its age.

  10. Facebook and Product Suggestions Integration

    It would be great to have the ideas posted here also available for viewing and comment on Facebook. Minimally, as suggestions are posted here, post a notice on the Facebook page that there is a new suggestion and provide a link to the suggestion.

  11. Online Booking - Provide Main Categories with Session Types as Sub Items

    This idea was posted before and was closed for some reason before its completion.

    We need to update the online booking experience with StudioPlus to be more user friendly. One way to do this is to have "Categories" for the Products and Services bing offered. In our case, we would set up the following categroies:
    Baby Portraits
    Child Portraits
    Family Portraits
    Executive Portraits
    Senior Portraits

    The sole purpose of each of these categories is to serve as a link to the actual session types which can be scheduled. Right now, we would have to list a dozen or so different…

  12. Allow lists of Triggers, Session Time Slots, etc. to be sorted, filtered, etc.

    We have 120+ different triggers, and it would be helpful to be able to simply sort them to view in alphabetical order. I can't find any rhyme or reason to how they are listed, so a lot of time is spent scrolling through the list to find what I need.

    we work with a lot of schools that have different booster clubs for different teams but we put all invoices under 1 school account

  15. Add Apple/Google Pay and PayPal to payment options

    More and more clients ask us if we accept PayPal or Apple/Google Pay. Currently we have to have a second merchant account to accept them because myStratus can't accept them.

  18. Make scheduled communications dynamic

    Would be wonderful to be able to create a schedule of reminders for a season, so that on specific dates you could send emails via communication center to a group of clients based on data at that point-- so you could schedule Senior Portrait reminders for July 4, August 1, etc, in May or June, and the mailing list would update itself depending on the data at the scheduled mailing date.

  19. Add Client Groups to the column chooser in client hub

    So that we can see all groups at same time for multiple clients rather than printing multiple lists to compare and see what groups they are a part of.
