Enable the selection of Default Client Status
When new clients are created I think it would be a good Idea to be able to select a client status that will then be the default status used. This may also be beneficial with Sessions as well

Add a check box to the Accounting Link - Make a Deposit - Select the Payment Methods to Deposit to select ALL
By having a select ALL check box it will save time when making a deposit. We have over a dozen different payment Methods and it takes time to individually select each type every time we make a deposit.

Feature that prompts employees to:clock-in or continue without clocking-in, at sign-in to StudioPlus. So employees don't forget to clock-in.

Create custom music for slideshow depending on session type
Would like to ability to have different music for each different session type (children, families, engagement, wedding etc.) during the slideshow presentation

A note area for an outside location
It would be nice to be able to write a short note about the location. Such as 'load at the back door' or 'unlock walkway poles for unloading' or 'park at a certain spot'.

Verify client data for existing accounts in online booking.
Clients with existing accounts at present are not asked to provide or verify any contact information while booking online. Just like when creating a new online booking account, clients should be required to verify information before booking--otherwise we could end up with sessions booked with no way to contact the client!

allow export of invoices in CSV format..
My accounting software is not compatible with your accounting link. I have to manually enter invoices. I would like to be able to export invoices from myStratus as .csv files. I would then be able to import.

Communication problem with texts and emails-responses go to wrong client.
Communication problem with texts and emails. When you text or email a client and they text or email back...that response is attached to the oldest client associated with that email or text. For example: We send a text to Susie Smith, Class of 2017. Her response comes back to Stan Smith, Class of 2010. We are constantly have to track back who the response is actually for. It would be awesome if the client number somehow attached to the text or email so the response would go to the correct client record.

Add Time Slots to the Bulk Scheduling Tool!
All the same parameters that are available for the Bulk Scheduling tool would be so helpful for scheduling Time Slots!

It would be awesome if the task could pop up on the screen on the day assigned to the user assigned!
This would be a real time reminder every day of your tasks. Same feature for phone calls!

Add a Sum Total (+ or -) of the Summary in "Client Summary"
For example. A client, or relative of a client, makes payments to A client record for future orders. The only way to calculate "What's my current credit total" is to add the column on the client summary. A simple field that totals the customer summary would be most helpful!

Enable calendar items such as Sessions and appointments to change color by status change
I like our calendar to be nice and visual. We have, for example viewing appointments. Our process means that client return to studio for viewing and it would be nice to set the color according to the progress of editing. Ie viewing to be edited red completed green. this would change according to status.

The Ability to copy web form elements for use in other webforms
Creation of webforms is great but it would be even better if you could copy elements from one form to another. I might want client details to be on one form but also on a session confirmation so that clients can check details are correct.

Invoicing Type Option
It would be nice to see...at checkout and under "Invoice Type" to have the option to choose what kind of client/invoice you are cashing out. I'm both a studio and a photo lab and would like to see that. This process would make it easier to track sales between my retail sector of my business vs. the professional side.

Allow custom time code categories in the Timeclock
Expand the time code categories within the timeclock, which now are Regular, Vacation, Holiday, Sick. I'd love to expand that list for certain departments or jobs for both reporting and tracking purposes, as well as potentially payroll purposes (paying a different rate for a different job).
For example, we could add to our drop down departments or positions such as On Location photography, Studio Photography, Digital Production, Packaging. Or we could add other categories like Maternity Leave, Bereavement Leave, and so on.

Allow Bulk importing of Postal Codes and Holidays from Countries other than the USA
I am in Canada and for me to add in the postal codes one at a time would take a very long time. Same with the holidays. It would be nice to be able to upload a csv file of that information for the program to use.

Studio PLus is not currently set up to integrate with Cayan for the hand held mobile device. Cayan said you just need to call to set it up

Would like to see new invoice types to help us quickly differentiate between web orders and in-studio orders.

yearbook status trigger
I would like status triggers added for yearbook image statuses. This would allow us to set up automatically email students who have not chosen their yearbook image within x amount of days after the session date. The would greatly reduce time spent calling/emailing students.
