Add the capability to NOT include certain session types in reports showing session averages, etc. Helpful for Pro Bono's & Trade sessions, etc. Could add a checkbox in the Session Type Maintenance screen that specifies if the session is NOT to be included in session averages. Thank you!

The web app is just not as powerful and a quite glitchey... having a desktop app for Mac would be ideal.

'From' and 'To' Email column in the Messages Hub
There is no way to see who a message is from if they are not in your database. Adding the option of showing a 'From' or 'To' column that would show the email address of the person emailing you, or who it is to, would be a big help.

Outlook connector or send with outlook
On a mac or using the web browser it is slow and inefficient to send mail and would love a way to click send email and bounce to outlook - with some of the predefined email templates we use.

Create a way to track whether a session has been viewed in InspiredByYou
It would be wonderful to be able to track which sessions have been viewed in IBY. In our workflow, we trigger a call AND an HTML email when senior portraits are uploaded and available to view. It would be great to send just an email, and then be able to schedule a follow up call for ONLY clients who haven't viewed their sessions a few days later. It would be a huge time saver!

second brand
Would love for the ability to have a Second Brand added in Spectra. Would need to be able to send emails from a second email address, have a different logo for invoices etc. But seems as if most items will work in spectra as is.
Reason for the second brand--have primary brand not attached or related in anyway (company name, company email, phone and address need to be different.)6 votes -
Ability to Print Individual Task Records
Have the Ability to print a single task record, similar to printing a client profile.

Set Client's adres as default when choosing 'outside location'.
When booking a new session, it would be handy if you could set the home adres of the client when choosing 'outside location'. Or making it a selectable option when choosing outside location. As now you have to fill out the adress manually.

Add feature to bulk time slot
Currently when using the bulk create time slot feature you can choose not to create a time slot if a session already exists. Can you add another option to not create a time slot if a time slot already exists?
We don't create back to back time slots to save on labor. When time slots fill up we will add more to fill up the day. If we don't enter the correct start time, then we will accidentally double-book the time slots.3 votes -

add an option to show only the hours we're open in the scheduling start and end time drop-downs.....so we don't have to scroll past a bunch of slots we don't need

Lead Source to be attached to and retained with session and appointment
For returning clients, currently our protocol is to type previous lead source in Client Notes screen and overwrite with new source on Client main page, however this is not always done and we either lose previous lead source or end up with a line of multiple sources on the client page.
Always helpful to know how we first came into contact with clients and subsequent contacts.6 votes -
A more user-friendly way of entering several family members
When adding several family members to a client's record the method can be time consuming (particularly for some members of staff) only allowing one member to be added at a time. It would be preferable to be able to add multiple family members in one go without the window closing each time.

are able to change user log-in while in Sales Presentation.
Example: our sales computers are logged in with the least capabilities possible so that clients viewing images CANNOT modify anything. It would be so much easier if when a sales assoc. then is wanting to input an order all we have to do is change the user log-in. Not only is it time consuming to change the user but looks very unprofessional. This has to be a simpler process.

Create a way to determine unsent marketing emails when timed out
I do a lot of email marketing through Communications Wizard. Occasionally, for whatever reason, the email gets timed out and all of the emails do not go through. In the messages hub, it would be nice to have a category "Unsent" so I can figure out which messages didn't go through and resend them. Right now I have to go to Messages hub, filter to find out which ones were sent, export a list, print it out. Then I have to go through Communications Wizard, recreate the email to send, unselect all and select the names that didn't go through.…

Allow merge of session records
Organization reporting only works if the student has only one session record. The current process for cleaning up multiple client session data is to delete one of the session records. This leaves the door wide open for the wrong session record to be accidentally deleted and session images to be lost. You have a client merge function already. Can you add a session merge function that will add the second session to the advanced calendar and merge the session images so that no data will be lost?

Improve Sales Module
In multi-screen sales I'm limited to 6 images per screen. Increase that number at least by 2X please.
Also a room view is vital to wall portrait sales. I've been considering going to ProSelect just for that feature but like the smooth inegration of sales with S+.11 votes
