Timestamp automatically goes to the bottom of notes
It would be great if the timestamp (crtl+T) would default to the bottom of the notes, rather than at the top and we write our notes in chronological order from top to bottom and are always having to copy and paste.

Eliminate duplicate session statuses from session search by session status drop down.
When searching for sessions by session status, the drop down to select status has multiple duplicate entries when only one entry per status should be listed so as not to scroll through looking through so many duplicates to find the one you are looking for. I can provide a screen shot upon request.

Call Tab, have a Group column.
This will help my staff calling see the event or how they found out about your studio, or what kind of portrait they may want, easily and quickly. It would also help sort the calls, so you can make all the same calls together from one event.

Email Signatures Grouped By Location Enterprise
In order to select their email signature, my photographers have to look through the entire Enterprise to find their one email signature. Can you please make it so the studio only sees email signatures for their studio location? That would make is easier for them to send emails as well as maintain the signature list.

Currently it takes a long time to load the email signature list. Is there a way to store those signatures locally like we do the design templates?

Selecting default search criteria
When ever the search box comes up it defaults to 'Last Name'. I would be nice to make that default selectable. I use 'Company Name' almost exclusively so a selectable search default would be great.

Stratus - iPad-Based Client Check In
Right now, when a client calls in for an appointment, we capture their first and last name and cell phone number.
Then, when they come in, we capture their school info, their home address, etc.
It would be great to have an iPad interface to Stratus where (though a series of checkboxes in Company Preferences) we could determinew which client fields come up on an iPad for their completion.
Once they complete the form on their iPad, the information would transfer over wifi to their Stratus record.

Online Booking iFrame all pages match length of items on page
Online Booking iFrame pages to be consistent with the items on page. Currently all pages are the same length of the longest page. So pages with less information can have a lot of extra white space. Here is an example, the first page had too much white space, changed it to show less white space. Then this caused the following page to not have enough room for the items to show on the page. Since doing the correction again for the second page, the third page is in the middle of the webpage and no items can be seen until…

Stratus - Linking Emails to Multiple Clients
As far as I have been able to determine, there is no way to link an incoming email to multiple clients.

Make it possible to customize default fonts & formatting for emails composed in Stratus (whether "blank" or a "reply.")
Because Arial really doesn't work with our branding. LOL

Client NUMBER then LAST name
It woud be great to be able to label our client sessions as Client Number, then Client Last Name so we can organise our shoots on our server in session order.

Payment Type Column
Add option in Invoice browsing to add a column to indication the payment type (Cash, Credit card, ect.)

Sales Presentation
In the Sales Presentation function the number of pictures is not indicated.
Also when the folder option is selected, the number of pictures is displayed as 0 and only changes to the correct value when a new folder is added.4 votes -
List multiple session in Client sessions if booked through advanced calendar
When I book a multi day shoot using the advanced calendar, only the first day shows up in the clients session tab. Would be nice to have them all show.

Implement Variable data for text fields in the digital template builder
Build into the text layer in the digital template builder the ability to include a data field(s) from the client or session screen. The idea is to have variable data digital products rendered by Stratus.
For example, on a photo graduation announcement layout, include a text layer that pulls from the First Name field or last name field, Graduation year field, the organization name. This would improve our ability to render a completed, individualized product directly out of Stratus without having to do any additional work on the file output.

Allow a date on the small calendar (right side) to be color coded so that we can quickly find dates held for special sessions
We hold two dates a week for senior sessions. They change each week to allow for availability but we have to click on every day in order to identify them every time we schedule a client.
