find a way to let the customer apply their deposit to their order
wen our customers order, thy have a deposit on file which is supposed to be applied to their order. we had to actually account for this by making it the promo code amount and then still have to manually create an invoice to take care of the tax

Ability to add discounts to orders in IBY
The ability to add discounts to IBY orders before they make their choices to the order. Not the promotional code, but a discount.

Be able to change shipping options on iby based on session.
It would be helpful if delivery to their organization was free up to a certain date and then after that date, shipping is an option.

Add image numbers to Inspired shopping cart. A client wanted to know about touch up on the image she chose but I couldn't see which image it is.

What image to be seen when logging into Inspired
Have the option to choose what image is the first one that is seen when logging into InspiredByYou.com as right now it will show the very first image that is imported

The inability to turn off Cropping is a huge problem for me. I as a professional rarely let my customers crop an image especially without my assistance. Also, that would be a custom service with an upcharge.
I am a Mac user and my work flow is on the Stratus Web, consequently, I do not see the client notes and a custom crop. In the Desktop version, it still is not easy to see that a client made such a request. This issue is costing me money and client frustration.

This feature was working in the past but last year it stopped for some reason. It is very important to our studio. WE could have a high school as a client and have a session for each event and then have one link on our website for anyone to view and order.

Display price before customer adds to cart
When a package/item option increases the price of the package/item, this new price is not shown to the customer at the time the option is clicked (the item price displayed does not change). Once added to the cart, the price is correctly put in the cart. But I think not updating the price on the item page when a customer clicks through options is a problem.

Auto add promotional item to a line item as you can in the desktop. If you by a 8x10, you get a free 5x7

Return the black and white options for customers to see images as and order them that way
Bring back the option for the viewing option for black and white for images and the ability to order them that way as well.

Customize landing login text Username instead of Email address or Username
It would be less confusing to customers if the landing login page text is customized to read Username instead of Email address or Username, depending on studio settings for user name.
