  1. Add the option of digital signature on an order form

    In order for studios to go paperless can you add in an option to allow customers to sign off orders/ invoices with a digital signature to reduce the need for multiple print outs of orders and confirmations.

  2. Can we please be able to set a default font for emails?

    It's time consuming changing Ariel 10 to Cabili 11 every single email, and sometimes it doesnt get done and makes our emails look unprofessional.
    A default option in settings would fix this.

  3. Option to customize and remove snapshot from the home screen.

    We do not want our income numbers visible at all to our employees and clients. It can be unchecked in the home page settings but always appears with new users and at random.

  4. Triggers need more Exclusions

    It would be nice to be able to give a date range on triggers. Our only choice is "Do not trigger the activity if the triggered date has already passed."

  5. Add integration for Whatsapp

    SMS is starting to be something of the past. More and more clients want to contact us through Whatsapp (and optional facebook messenger).
    It would be nice to see an integration with Whatsapp. So we can send AND receive messages with Whatsapp.

  6. Have an "add hyperlink" option when sending a blank email or editing a form letter from the client communication screen.

    While I have templates set up with all our most commonly used links, sometimes I might want to add an extra line of info in an email to a client about a specific example we had discussed & link them to it, or similar.
    In order to do this at the moment I have to edit the whole template in design tools, send it to the client, & then re-edit back to the original template. Which is very frustrating.

  7. Ability to link other clients as participents on a session

    It would be nice to have a session under one client, but link separate clients to that session as well under the participant tab so that session will show up in the linked client's sessions as well.

  8. Option to show Session Notes in the Client Record

    In the notes section of the client record you can choose to show client or status notes. It would be nice to have the option to see session notes as well, instead of having to open each session to find the notes for it.

  9. Apply discounts/credits to invoice bottom line in order to calculate employee commissions

    Currently, employee commissions are calculated on a line item or product line as a dollar amount (percentage is not working).

    If a product has a price of $2000 and a fixed commission of $100, if you offer a $1000 discount on that item, the commission is still $100.

    There is a need to apply a percentage of the invoice bottom line to the person receiving commission that reflects a percentage of this bottom line and not each line item.

  10. sending SMS as a trigger, schedule not by date, but by hour

    setup a trigger to send a text message would be great when you can schedule it eg. 3 hours before an appointment

  11. Link client to each other.

    We have a lot of clients who come over for a session, and a year later we have their family over.
    It would be very nice to be able to link different clients to each other so that we know/remember that they are family of other clients.

  12. Make auto correct an option.

    We sometimes want to type in company names in all caps and Spectra used to let us do so but now it auto corrects it to have only the first letter capitalized. IBM should not be Ibm.

    The web app is just not as powerful and a quite glitchey... having a desktop app for Mac would be ideal.

  14. Stratus Mobile - Being Able to Send Emails

    Considering the amount of business being done on mobile phones these days, it only makes sense that the Stratus Mobile app allow email being sent and replied to through the mobile app.

  16. Set Client's adres as default when choosing 'outside location'.

    When booking a new session, it would be handy if you could set the home adres of the client when choosing 'outside location'. Or making it a selectable option when choosing outside location. As now you have to fill out the adress manually.

  17. Invoice Tab Should Have Green Dot When Fully Paid

    Currently, on the client page, the invoice tab has either no dot, a yellow dot, or a red dot. The red dot indicates an open balance that is late and the yellow dot indicates an open balance that is current. I think a green dot should be present to indicate a paid balance. The absence of any dot should indicate no invoice has been generated. Therefore, no dot will be a warning to create an invoice.

  20. Verify client data for existing accounts in online booking.

    Clients with existing accounts at present are not asked to provide or verify any contact information while booking online. Just like when creating a new online booking account, clients should be required to verify information before booking--otherwise we could end up with sessions booked with no way to contact the client!
