  1. Allow more options for information requested by studio during on line booking

    When we get a senior booking on line, many times we get the parent's name and contact info without knowing so assume the parent is the student. We also don't get the name of the school. It would be nice to have fields for parents name and contact info as well as the student's info, graduating year and school. There could be fields for company name when business sessions are booking etc. These could be showing, hidden or required fields just like the couple of options currently in use.

  2. Add salesperson tracking by account

    We have more than one saleperson. A salesperson is assigned to the account they were responsible for landing. Currently there is no way for us to know when a salesperson would receive a commission on sales, as we don't know if it was their account that sales were made on.

    Therefore, it would be great to have the ability to associate an account with a salesrep (similar to products), and then anytime an invoice is created for that account, the salesrep ID/commission rate is automatically calculated on all items sold (or even better a way to override individually items in…

  3. Commission by employee not by position.

    As we grow I have Sr. and Jr. photographers/salespeople. Jr. staff won't get the same commission as Sr. staff...but the current setup in Stratus doesn't allow that.

  4. provide a way to link phone call recordings to the client

    Currently receive voicemail into stratus messages - have to manually attach to client - BUT - would like to have phone call recordings through our phone system ALSO be attachable to the client...or automatically do so if the number is recognized. Important!!

  6. Color icon to show there is an attachement in a record

    Color icon to show there is a attachment on a record so you know it is there. Like there is one for payment on an invoice that is due.

  7. Add the ability to update checkboxes from hubs

    Have the ability to check boxes as seen in hubs and not have to open the record in order to update that one check box.

  8. add new notifications

    When an email comes it, it is usually assigned to a certain employee. However, it would be nice that when that employee reassigns the email to another employee a notification pops up on their screen alerting them to view the email.

  10. Ability to individually customise font formatting in notes to highlight important data (colour, size weight etc per line)

    Being able to highlight specific aspects of notes would make them so much easier to read, especially for clients with a lot of data.

    We could do this in our old system & aside from being able to bold, underline & increase the size of really important info, I could colour code other important data so I could easily pick it out when a client called & needed to quickly scan as I spoke to them. So for example, any voucher/session package info was in blue, family member info was green, pet info was purple, payment information was in red…

  14. Enable triggers to have an Active / Inactive Option

    Currently, if we want to stop certain triggers from running, the triggers have to be deleted or changed to manually process and cancelled which is far from ideal especially with several users.
    Some can involve quite a bit of setting up so it's not ideal having to delete them and then redo each one.
    The current coronavirus situation means we dont want the normal triggers applying however we would want them again in a few months, would be far more convenient to have an active/inactive option like other areas of the software.

  15. I really want a default note which prints on the appointment reminders. People don't listen and I do give them a lot of info when they leave

    I would like the ability to create default notes which automatically print on appointment types and invoices. The feature allows for more information to be conveyed when a reminder is printed and given to a client at the end of a specific appointment or session to plan for the next appointment. A default note on an invoice allows for terms of the invoice to be printed automatically, but could be delete before printing in unique situations.

  17. Enter notes for an Image in Sales Presentation without it being on an order

  19. No Intial Order on Sessions

    There is a Dashboard report, but not a way to filter this. It would be nice if a filter that would show No Initial Order on Sessions so that can be used to send out an email to target them alone.
    Right now you have to export them out and send them soem other way.

  20. Have the ability in IBY to edit deliivery and shipping options

    We no longer have a brick and mortar studio so the option to "Pick it up at the studio" makes no sense. We hand deliver orders with wall portraits and drop ship small orders from our lab. For school and organization events we drop the orders off at the school or organization. The current options are too limiting,
