Global Font Control
You need to add a list of forms, screens, etc. in Company Preferences with a drop-down field next to each of them so that your users can select the Google font they want used for that particular form or application.
You have had suggestions int he past for a font selection option for emails. This option should be global for anything the client comes into visual contact with so that we can tie our branding together and not have it looked like it was patched together.

Email Hub - Make Email Body Text and Titles Fully Searchable
We need a search field in the email hub that will allow a search by a word or string of words (in quotes) of not only the title of the text, but also the body text of the email and the sender's email address.

Webforms - Allow Better Formatting Options so that they Look Professional
The webforms option is a great feature but the forms themselves look very primitive with the very few formatting options you presently offer. These options need to be increased so that any of your webforms users have control over the things like using fonts that match their websites, insertion of images, links to help screens, etc.

You need to up the level of integration you offer with ProSelect so that none of your users have to even consider switching to StudioCloud.

Be able to change shipping options on iby based on session.
It would be helpful if delivery to their organization was free up to a certain date and then after that date, shipping is an option.

Add divorced parent address / phone field, and make new client with the information at the same time
When you place multiple orders for split families, it takes too long to enter all the information for the second bill to address in client and everywhere duplicated.
By automatically creating a new client as you enter the information (from the "organization parent divorced" screen), then it's ready to access on the "bill to" section of their invoice.6 votes -

LOVE the Divorced/Single parent option on the client organization tab in service release 3 .. It would be nice if a new field for the second parent would appear when you check "divorced", so that you can note custodial parent

Adding enterprise capability to the mystratus mobile app so we can switch between locations and not be limited to faulty Google sync.
We have been having problems with Google sync for 2 years that fixes never seem to stay fixed for. We have recently upgraded to myStratus Pro Enterprise and the mobile app calendar was a HUGE selling point for us. We were immensely disappointed to find out that the app is NOT optimized for Enterprise and we cannot switch locations in the app. Feel really let down by that.

Gift Certificates-I would like to be able to make them Inactive or to remove them or have them expire after a certain date
We have unused, expired gift certificates on our outstanding list that can't be removed. We would love a feature that allowed us to put in an expiration date or an inactive button so that it doesn't appear on the Gift Certificates Outstanding List

Triggers need more Exclusions
It would be nice to be able to give a date range on triggers. Our only choice is "Do not trigger the activity if the triggered date has already passed."

Add the ability to set the SMS and Lead Source fields in web forms
We use web forms on iPads at exhibitions to collect leads and put them directly into MyStratus. We want to set SMS to true so we can create a trigger to send them a text while they are still at the exhibition. Currently, there is no work around to achieve this. There is no way to set Lead Source in a web form, only Client Status. Currently the only way to set this is to export the client data to a spreadsheet, modify it and then re-import it.

Have a mobile model release available
Have the PPA or a customized model release available on mobile so our clients could sign on the session. It would be great if it would be interactive and upload back to the client record. This would eliminate getting paper forms filled out. It would be a game changer!

Add "Select Your School" for Organizations on Online Booking
There are laws in many states that prevent studios from having access to student's email addresses ahead of scheduling their session. This means they can't use the Online Booking for Organizations feature. It would be good to have the option to display a list of all organizations that a student can select and get re-directed to that organizations online booking portal.
Additionally, when the student logs in, have the portal verify that the login matches a student within the organization.13 votes -

For example: When you enter the parents name in participants, the program will automatically fill the other fields like Client/Organization/parents names.

Added Functionality For Online Booking - Duration, Minutes on Time Slots
Would like to see a client choose a resource (session location) & length of session they want (session type) - we initially input our available time for the entire day (8am-5pm) and Stratus "does the math" to figure out based on that person's selections and times still available for the day when they can book for.
This would allow us to shoot at a different location each day of the week and allow clients to choose what location they want and then see whats available for that location.3 votes -
Option to show Session Notes in the Client Record
In the notes section of the client record you can choose to show client or status notes. It would be nice to have the option to see session notes as well, instead of having to open each session to find the notes for it.

Add a "stop control center" button on the database utility
A button to stop and start the control center in database utility to help unlock the files when cc is locking them

Saving an appointment or Session
On the i phone, when you SAVE a appointment or session it stay in the same screen, I can't tell if what I did is saved. SO normally see my self pressing the save several times
