Bulk extend expiration dates for IBY
I can see the need to Extend expiration dates for Inspired by You in bulk - as in a group or organization all at once. This would be beneficial for running promotions to certain groups after the initial sales process is completed.

When sending a email to confirm an appointment or session, it would be nice te send along an autmatic generated .ICS -file for their agenda.

possibility to setup a trigger when changing a client status reason
Client is prospect wedding, after a call I wanna send some more info, so it's still a prospect wedding, but one step further, so wanna do that step on the status reason, but cannot setup a trigger for that

changing tasks status not by dropdown but by "..."
It would be easier to change a status from a task by the button "..." (eg. session status). Now you have to change it using a dropdown button

sending SMS as a trigger, schedule not by date, but by hour
setup a trigger to send a text message would be great when you can schedule it eg. 3 hours before an appointment

Stratus Mobile - Being Able to Send Emails
Considering the amount of business being done on mobile phones these days, it only makes sense that the Stratus Mobile app allow email being sent and replied to through the mobile app.

Invoice terms more user friendly
The ability to make invoice terms and have check a boxes to say what session types these specific terms will be associated with. The drop down and having to copy and paste each set of terms in each one is very time consuming. This option to choose what session type they belong to is very user friendly.

Production Order Report - Make Columns Variable
When printing the Production Order Status Report, the "Company Name" is a fixed column that could be substituted with something that might be more useful like Organization Name or any number of fields.

Phone Numbers - Need Options for Auto-Formatting
There need to be options for the auto-formatting of phone numbers when they are entered. Options are needed for both "(000) 000-0000" or "000-00-0000".
The version with the parenthesis creates problems when being exported in CSV format.

Create an alert or warning if booking date/time selection for session/appointment is in the past
I understand that sometimes there's a need to retroactively create sessions for a past date especially for On-location shoots etc. However, it would be really helpful if an alert or warning is shown so that if it's done on accident, then it's highlighted for the user

Selecting timeslot in calendar view to create new appointment/session
This is more of a bug than a feature request, but in calendar mode when you click and drag to highlight a block of time and then select New Appointment or Service (Ctrl+P) to bring up the scheduling wizard, the highlighted time is not what is shown as the Start and End time for the appointment/session. It actually defaults to 9am to start time for appointments regardless of what time I highlighted on the calendar.
Moreover, there is no Data Entry validation options for appointment/session start and end times.

Link client to each other.
We have a lot of clients who come over for a session, and a year later we have their family over.
It would be very nice to be able to link different clients to each other so that we know/remember that they are family of other clients.14 votes -

Client file upload feature
We specialize in in-house production of large prints and framing and we have cases (such as for image restoration or printing) where the customer wants to send us an image.
It would be nice to have a way for either a new or existing customer to be able to upload a file into Stratus drive and it would create a new session record in stratus/spectra.
It would also be great if it could be integrated via webforms and/or email letter builder.

Email trigger for soon expiring credit cards
With Clients on Payment Plans, an email has to go to the Clients whose credit cards would expire soon so they can contact us to update the new credit card information. Often we come to know that a Client's credit card has expired only after the transaction has declined on the due date. Only then we start following up with the Client to update the new payment details.
It would be helpful to trigger an email or sms text to the Client before two weeks from the payment due date advicing they need to update their new credit card details…

Be able to batch enter delivered dates for invoices.
You can batch change an invoice status and it would be nice to go a step further and fill in the delivered date. Right now, I have to individually open each invoice and fill in the delivered date. So on a big school job, that could be 50+ invoices. We pay taxes on orders delivered, so the date is very important. Unless there is a way I don't know about.

"Fall Portrait Special" (all materials, layouts and printed materials completed by 9/15) 1. mail postcard by 9/30 - 2. 4 days later, send html email followup - 3. 2 days later, send 2nd email - 4. 2 days later send 3rd email followup.......etc.

Inventory for raw materials (Framing sticks, canvas rolls etc.) based on dimensions of print
I'm glad to see inventory feature added to spectra/stratus. However, it's assuming that inventory is only countable finished items. However, we have raw materials that we use to make finished products like rolls of canvas, sticks of frame moulding etc.
I would like to see an improvement in inventory whereby dimensions of prints selected by the customer is used to calculate area of canvas, length of frame moulding etc. and subtract it from inventory. This should also be used for calculating pricing based on $/sq.inch for canvas, $/inch for frame moulding etc. so that it doesn't have to be done…
