  2. Client Status Change Upon Booking Appointment or Session Based on Type

    Client Status Change Upon Booking a Session or Appointment. It would be nice to have this based on Session Type or Appointment Type and not when something is booked alone.

  4. myStratus Email - Add "Delayed Send" Function

    We need a way on mass or individual emails to delay the send of the email until a future time or date.

    Many of us who are small studios who catch up on our paperwork at home or on weekends. We need a way to be able to do this work, then have our emails actually send during business or weekday hours (not at 2am).

  5. Remove Conflicting Timeslots (not online appointments)

    Right now, if you create multiple timeslots and book an online appointment, StudioPlus automatically removes all timeslots that conflict with the booked appointment. However, if you have those same timeslots and make an appointment from the Desktop app, the conflicting timeslots are not removed. This creates a nightmare for studios that try to utilize both online and phone appointments. If timeslots were removed for users if a session was created that overlapped, it would solve this and make using the features provided easier. Thank you!

  6. Global Setting of Column Displays That Can Be "Locked Down"

    There needs to be a way that an account administrator can set the columns and their order on all displays so that it is consistent from one workstation to the next without allowing the user to alter them.

  7. Make Fixing the Date/Time Field a Priority

    Please make fixing the "Date/Time" column on email listing and as used in other areas of the program so that it does in fact display the date and time and not just the date.

    This is not a new feature request - it is a plea that you fix something that is broken.

    The problem has existed for well over six months. It's time to get it taken care of.

  8. Add "Total Sales" (pre-tax) to Sales Tax Report

    The current sales tax report does not include a column for Total Sales (pre-tax).
    Ironically, the report does include totals that most studios would not ever use to file sales taxes...like shipping.
    On the other hand, every sales tax filing I've ever done always wants to know "Total Pre-Tax Sales". This is the total of Taxable and Non-Taxable sales before sales tax.
    As it stands now, each time I print a sales tax report I must manually add the taxable and non-taxable sales to get this number.If you use the "Total" field in the Stratus report you are getting a…

  9. Add the ability to create a hyperlink within an email

    Please add the ability to create hyperlinks within manually written emails.

    I realize that I can create links in form emails...but I send very few of those. Most emails are tailored to the clients needs and the links vary. The addition of this capability would be very helpful.

  11. allow recurring sessions and appointments for known/linked clients

    if a client is not linked to an appointment, it can be scheduled as recurring appointment. However, if the client is known (in the system), we can not schedule recurring appointments.
    Sessions can not be repeated at all with or without known/linked client.We need to do that for certain clients, and in repeat event photography, like trainings, events etc.

    An easier way to manage duplicate client records other than going into each one and merging with another. Maybe a select these client records and merge with this client record.

  14. Link client organization to session organization so that they must match.

    Link the client organization to the session organization so that they must always match. Every year we have a handful of students that transfer to different schools that we also provide photography services to and my employees change the client organization, but forget to change the session. This oversight causes the yearbook export to overlook them. I'm not really sure why anyone would want a client organization to be different from the session.

  15. Give us the option for YEAR/Month/Day or Month/Day/Year for session/appt dates

    I have clients with multiple sessions and when I sort the sessions by date it gets messy. You didn't even use the two digits in the code for months so when I sort the sessions to find something a client needs from previous years Jan falls in front of Oct and the years are out of order. I'm going to feel really stupid if we already have this option, but please let me know.

  16. auto fill in the date a call is set up

    When setting up future calls, it would be great to have the date auto fill the date the call was set up, that way we would know how long it has been since the call was set up. For training new telemarketers this is useful also.

  17. I believe you need to have after hours emergency tech support

    So many of us work late nights and weekends. Often it is make or break that we be able to perform a task!

  19. Suggestions Listings - Add Date of Suggestion to Suggestion Summary

    It would make nice to be able to see the original posting date somewhere in the suggestions post summary so that you don't have to click on the suggestion to see its age.

  20. Facebook and Product Suggestions Integration

    It would be great to have the ideas posted here also available for viewing and comment on Facebook. Minimally, as suggestions are posted here, post a notice on the Facebook page that there is a new suggestion and provide a link to the suggestion.
