  1. A more user-friendly way of entering several family members

    When adding several family members to a client's record the method can be time consuming (particularly for some members of staff) only allowing one member to be added at a time. It would be preferable to be able to add multiple family members in one go without the window closing each time.

  2. are able to change user log-in while in Sales Presentation.

    Example: our sales computers are logged in with the least capabilities possible so that clients viewing images CANNOT modify anything. It would be so much easier if when a sales assoc. then is wanting to input an order all we have to do is change the user log-in. Not only is it time consuming to change the user but looks very unprofessional. This has to be a simpler process.

  3. Create a way to determine unsent marketing emails when timed out

    I do a lot of email marketing through Communications Wizard. Occasionally, for whatever reason, the email gets timed out and all of the emails do not go through. In the messages hub, it would be nice to have a category "Unsent" so I can figure out which messages didn't go through and resend them. Right now I have to go to Messages hub, filter to find out which ones were sent, export a list, print it out. Then I have to go through Communications Wizard, recreate the email to send, unselect all and select the names that didn't go through.…

  4. Let us be able to organize price list within the "Order Detail"

  5. Allow merge of session records

    Organization reporting only works if the student has only one session record. The current process for cleaning up multiple client session data is to delete one of the session records. This leaves the door wide open for the wrong session record to be accidentally deleted and session images to be lost. You have a client merge function already. Can you add a session merge function that will add the second session to the advanced calendar and merge the session images so that no data will be lost?

  8. Improve Sales Module

    In multi-screen sales I'm limited to 6 images per screen. Increase that number at least by 2X please.
    Also a room view is vital to wall portrait sales. I've been considering going to ProSelect just for that feature but like the smooth inegration of sales with S+.

  9. Ability to customize communication tab

    I would like to be able to add a custom field (call number iteration) to the communication tab so that when a caller opens the communication tab for a client they can immediately see the number (increment) of the last call - a column chooser type of function would be great.

  10. Timestamp automatically goes to the bottom of notes

    It would be great if the timestamp (crtl+T) would default to the bottom of the notes, rather than at the top and we write our notes in chronological order from top to bottom and are always having to copy and paste.

  11. Eliminate duplicate session statuses from session search by session status drop down.

    When searching for sessions by session status, the drop down to select status has multiple duplicate entries when only one entry per status should be listed so as not to scroll through looking through so many duplicates to find the one you are looking for. I can provide a screen shot upon request.

  12. Call Tab, have a Group column.

    This will help my staff calling see the event or how they found out about your studio, or what kind of portrait they may want, easily and quickly. It would also help sort the calls, so you can make all the same calls together from one event.

  15. Email Signatures Grouped By Location Enterprise

    In order to select their email signature, my photographers have to look through the entire Enterprise to find their one email signature. Can you please make it so the studio only sees email signatures for their studio location? That would make is easier for them to send emails as well as maintain the signature list.

  17. Selecting default search criteria

    When ever the search box comes up it defaults to 'Last Name'. I would be nice to make that default selectable. I use 'Company Name' almost exclusively so a selectable search default would be great.

  18. Show/update the status of an appointment on the Mobile App

    Within the session or appointment, show the status. For example, if a location session has been confirmed on the desktop, it does not show on the mobile app. However, if you confirm the status on the Mobile App, it will update the desktop version. It would be a huge help to show that the appointment has been confirmed on the mobile app so if you are at the location and the client is not there, you know why.

  19. Stratus - iPad-Based Client Check In

    Right now, when a client calls in for an appointment, we capture their first and last name and cell phone number.

    Then, when they come in, we capture their school info, their home address, etc.

    It would be great to have an iPad interface to Stratus where (though a series of checkboxes in Company Preferences) we could determinew which client fields come up on an iPad for their completion.

    Once they complete the form on their iPad, the information would transfer over wifi to their Stratus record.

  20. Online Booking iFrame all pages match length of items on page

    Online Booking iFrame pages to be consistent with the items on page. Currently all pages are the same length of the longest page. So pages with less information can have a lot of extra white space. Here is an example, the first page had too much white space, changed it to show less white space. Then this caused the following page to not have enough room for the items to show on the page. Since doing the correction again for the second page, the third page is in the middle of the webpage and no items can be seen until…
