Make phone call outcomes a mandatory field.
It would be great to make the phone call outcome or result a mandatory field so that we can more accurately track conversions from phone call to contact to booking.It is something that can be easily forgotten by staff if it is not mandatory.

Create a new button called 'Mark Complete and New Call' in the Phonecall window
If I have made a call to someone and I want to create a new followup call, currently I need to go through the following steps:
1. Mark call complete
2. Press save and close
3. Open communication tab on Client window
4. Press New Call
5. Select the type, user and due date (for our studio)
6. Press save and closeI would like to cut out a few of these steps by simply having a 'Mark Complete and New Call' button on the call window.
After a call, the new steps will look like this:

Alphabetize the outside locations dropdown menu when booking sessions.
It is very awkward and annoying to find a venue name when creating a session and trying to scroll through random names that appear out of order.

Invoice Tab Should Have Green Dot When Fully Paid
Currently, on the client page, the invoice tab has either no dot, a yellow dot, or a red dot. The red dot indicates an open balance that is late and the yellow dot indicates an open balance that is current. I think a green dot should be present to indicate a paid balance. The absence of any dot should indicate no invoice has been generated. Therefore, no dot will be a warning to create an invoice.

Create an Email Reminder for Unpaid Balances
It would be nice to get an email reminder a week or so before appointments/sessions if there is any sort of unpaid balance in their account files.

When Selecting "Clients" in the top tool bar
Activate the cursor in the Search box automatically. 99% of the time, I'm searching by Last Name, and having to place the cursor in the search box is one extra step. No matter what is in the "Search By" box, the cursor should be activated in the search box.

Have an easy to click on link that will bring up client birthdays by month
I would like an easy way to bring up birthdays by month of all clients. We like to send out birthday greeting to clients. A report that would bring up all clients with birthdays in a given month that would include address and email address would be great.

Add Time of Appointment to Appointment Tab
It would be nice to see what time a client was coming in when you opened the appointment tab. Right now it tells you the date and the appointment description, except you have to open it to find out what time the appointments is.

Check box on Client Profile for "Divorced Parents" and another for "Single Parent"
It'd be nice to know this without having to make a note of it all the time.

Add Snapchat and Instagram (what all the seniors are using) on the main client general tab
Currently on the Main Client General Tab, there is a field for the Facebook Name, Twitter and Linked In
It would be awesome to also have available fields for Snapchat and Instagram (which is what most of the seniors in our area are using)

Clients can pay by credit card by link. Similar to Quickbooks payments. You send the invoice and they click a link securely to pay.

Add "Last Year To Date" column for Cash Receipts, Sales, Sessions, Booking
On "Today's Snapshot" (on home screen) would it be possible to add a "Last Year To Date" column for Cash Receipts, Sales, Sessions, Booking, etc? This would be a very helpful comparison to be able to see.
I have tried to create this via Reports. I can get total year and month-over-month but I can't find "Last Year To Date" anywhere.

Allow customers to download specific images from Inspired
Give the ability to have customers be able to download their images from Inspired, or have it set if they spend x amount they can download them.

Time clock in Mobile
Ability to track time on mobile, since most of the time we are leaving/entering shoots on location. Being able to track driving time, on location time from mobile and have it recorded in the app

Track inventory of goods/products
If I sell things other than prints, like t-shirts with my logo on them, I'd like a way to track inventory that gets sold

Automatically add a "SESSION BOOKED" note to Notes (include time/date of session)
When I've scheduled calls well in advance, they sometimes become obsolete if we've been able to book a session in the meantime. I always check the Notes before calling (to see when our last communication was), but if a colleague forgets to include a communication note, I have nothing alerting me to the fact that a session has actually been booked. It would be SO HELPFUL to have an automatic Note appear that says "SESSION BOOKED" (as well as "APPOINTMENT BOOKED") that included the time, date, and location of the Session(s) and/or Appointment(s) in question!
