Add an internal IM for between users.
It would be nice to be able to send notes and messages in an instant message format between users. Right now we use another app, but it would be great to be able to keep it all together.

have a user defined option to start spectra in any hub you want (I want calendar) not home screen.

Add Session Participants/Relationships into the Online Session Booking process.
Adding Session Participants/Relationships into the Online Session Booking process would prevent staff having to collate and enter later. A great time saver!

Add a much more 'today'-look for the online bookings
The booking tool that integrates with our website does not look professional at all. Looks more like 1998...

Allow Parents to be the main contact for Yearbook Sessions
We currently have to put the senior's name as the client with their info ect. As 80% of the scheduling is done with the parents because they want them to be in the YB and or bring them, and because we want to communicate with the parents mainly. Also when they want to pay something from this session or schedule a different session it is easier to have the parents as the clients. Many of them have more than one child and will be back for YB session with them. I would like to see in the organization section instead…

Integrate with Zapier.
Integrate with Zapier. Should be fairy easy to set up I think. We use other platforms like Click Funnels to generate a ton of leads. Would love if the contact information could get passed through straight into MyStratus. It would be possible with Zapier I believe. There is also a ton of other stuff you can do with Zapier. Having Zapier with MyStratus = you can do anything you want.

Integrate with Facebook's New Leads Tool
Facebook has introduced a way to capture new leads from Facebook. Leads can currently be downloaded as a .CSV file from your Facebook page and then imported into the Spectra/myStratus. However Facebook also has the opportunity to integrate directly with CRM softwares so the leads can be imported directly. This would be a huge time saver! So many leads come from social media.

Add ability to use Family Member as Bill-to client.
Would like ability to use a Family Member as the Bill-to Client, so they would be the ones to receive emails and notices about payment plans, without having to make a whole new client record.

Add the ability to set the SMS and Lead Source fields in web forms
We use web forms on iPads at exhibitions to collect leads and put them directly into MyStratus. We want to set SMS to true so we can create a trigger to send them a text while they are still at the exhibition. Currently, there is no work around to achieve this. There is no way to set Lead Source in a web form, only Client Status. Currently the only way to set this is to export the client data to a spreadsheet, modify it and then re-import it.

Can we please be able to set a default font for emails?
It's time consuming changing Ariel 10 to Cabili 11 every single email, and sometimes it doesnt get done and makes our emails look unprofessional.
A default option in settings would fix this.

Verify client data for existing accounts in online booking.
Clients with existing accounts at present are not asked to provide or verify any contact information while booking online. Just like when creating a new online booking account, clients should be required to verify information before booking--otherwise we could end up with sessions booked with no way to contact the client!

It would be awesome if the task could pop up on the screen on the day assigned to the user assigned!
This would be a real time reminder every day of your tasks. Same feature for phone calls!
