Integrate with Zapier.
Integrate with Zapier. Should be fairy easy to set up I think. We use other platforms like Click Funnels to generate a ton of leads. Would love if the contact information could get passed through straight into MyStratus. It would be possible with Zapier I believe. There is also a ton of other stuff you can do with Zapier. Having Zapier with MyStratus = you can do anything you want.

Acuity - myStratus Integration
A real weak spot in StudioPlus is the online appointment system. It is just not as polishes as it should be.
A logical fix would be to set up the necessary hooks in StudioPlus so that highly developed online appointment systems like Acuity can be integrated with StudioPlus and we aren't handcuffed into double entry of data if we want our client to have a positive online scheduling experience.
Please consider this as a way to make StudioPlus more valuable to those of us loyal clients who have stuck with you for so long. Thank you.

Webforms - Allow Better Formatting Options so that they Look Professional
The webforms option is a great feature but the forms themselves look very primitive with the very few formatting options you presently offer. These options need to be increased so that any of your webforms users have control over the things like using fonts that match their websites, insertion of images, links to help screens, etc.

Stratus Email - Linking Options Drop Down
At present, we use the high school senior as the client, but use their parent's email address, as that who we are dealing with. This creates a lot of problems, especially when the parent has multiple children you have photographed (which is what is supposed to happen if you run your studio properly).
The dilemma is that when an incoming email is received from the parent about the child we are currently working with, there is no guarantee that their email will be linked to that particular student.
A simple (while maybe not the most elegant) fix for this would…

Global Font Control
You need to add a list of forms, screens, etc. in Company Preferences with a drop-down field next to each of them so that your users can select the Google font they want used for that particular form or application.
You have had suggestions int he past for a font selection option for emails. This option should be global for anything the client comes into visual contact with so that we can tie our branding together and not have it looked like it was patched together.

Online Gift Certificates
I'd like to set up the ability to purchase a gift certificate (headshot or family portrait) online WITHOUT choosing a date. We'd like to collect payment and issue an email certificate that recipient can then use whenever they want. (They'd have to call to make appt.)

Add Mailing Capability to the Web Portal
After Hurricane Ida, the internet was totally gone! ZERO!!! But we had a tiny bit of data that you could use (less than 1 Mbbs up and down)... So you could get a web page to load, but it took forever. So, that is how I conducted business for the past month. I would use the web portal. HOWEVER, if I created an invoice, I noticed I could not send that invoice to the client. I could not even use some of my pre-made emails that I manually send out. This should be added.

Stratus - Send and Receive Emails in Real Time and Not In Batches
I have clients all the time who want to email me something and wait on the phone for me to receive it so that we can discuss it. This was never a problem until we switched our emails to Stratus.
I thought there was something wrong with our setup as it was taking 10 minutes or more to receive an email from a client. I posted this problem on Facebook only to find out that the program doesn't send and receive emails in real time. It batches them.
This should be unacceptable to the software engineers and everyone else at…

Organization tab needs to be available on stratus web
We use both the desktop and online stratus -- When using organizations that are required and needed daily, our web users cannot complete their job effectively with out having ORGANIZATION available.

Stratus Web Presentations
Allow for sales presentations to be made remotely via the MyStratus Web App or Mobile App and allow at least thumbnails to be visible when creating invoices in both of the above apps. We work with images after all, why can't we see them remotely?

Emails - Fix Print Function So That Portions of the Email Text Aren't Cut Off On Printed Copy
Right now, every time I print a copy of a sent email, a portion of the text cuts off as a result of your footer. Please fix this anomaly. Thank you.
