Add an internal IM for between users.
It would be nice to be able to send notes and messages in an instant message format between users. Right now we use another app, but it would be great to be able to keep it all together.

Add a much more 'today'-look for the online bookings
The booking tool that integrates with our website does not look professional at all. Looks more like 1998...

We use Square and EMS as our credit card processors since they don't have monthly fees. Would love to be able to link this with our Spectra.

When you tick CANCELLED on a session could session status change to Cancelled

Add integration of both Fedex and USPS as carriers for shipping.
In regard to shipping an invoice, i would like to integrate USPS and Fedex into the Package Type/Service Type. We offer shipping via UPS, Fedex, & USPS and would like to have a way to see which option the client opts for as well as be able to track the shipment thru the invoice.

Sister with Acuity for scheduling sessions...
Acuity is a great scheduling software that does work with many companies like myphotoapp and others to help mainstream their sessions, making it easier to book appointment and click in add ons to the session. Like a clothing change or additional people to a session.
It also send automatic reminders that are much easier and faster to set up then those of stratus. I recently switched to stratus after having come from acuity and feel that stratus could be so incredible should it pair with them or at the least learn from their success.9 votes -
advanced calendar for online booking
Our most popular senior session is the indoor/outdoor combo and we cannot offer that session via online booking because we have to use the advanced calendar so that they don't show up in reporting/yearbook cd twice. I was thinking that this could be a feature that could be activated in the session settings allowing us to choose if a client can use the advanced calendar to schedule a combo session.

Make the online scheduling page customizable so we can tell our clients what info to enter. (our clients don't have existing accounts)
Most of our clients are "new" to us when they schedule through stratus. They do not have existing accounts, so we would like to be able to change the wording on the online scheduling page so it does not confuse our clients by telling them to log into their existing account. We would like to be able to add our own credential description.

when custom fields are renamed to a usable name, can the usaable name show in the advanced search field.
when you go to Advanced Search to find a field created from a custom field, can the custom name show. If you create a field at the moment you need to remember the origional name (ie Custom Name 1) to search for that data. It would be more sensible if the field you searched for displayed as the usable name (ie File Number).

Ability to customize communication tab
I would like to be able to add a custom field (call number iteration) to the communication tab so that when a caller opens the communication tab for a client they can immediately see the number (increment) of the last call - a column chooser type of function would be great.

be able to delete older text
Currently we are stuck with absolutely all text that come through. It would be nice to delete unwanted and old unnecessary text.

Integrate with Stripe
I just got off a 30 minute phone call with TSYS. And they still need to call me back. The setup with Stripe is easy and painless. I was able to set up my other business to integrate the customer payment platform to stripe in 5 minutes.

When reports are created, do not make them case sensitive.
i.e STUDIO PLUS should report in the same section as Studio Plus

Make Client Address a outside location
If the Clients address was made a outside location it would make it easy to put it into the outside location field on an appointment

Allow for individual existing clients in the system to be batch-added to newly-created groups
Allow for existing clients in the system to be added to newly-created groups by highlighting multiple clients and having a tool which allows clients to be selected on an individual basis, but NOT adding them one at a time. For example, I have clients from a specific school which are more than a couple of years out. I have created a new group to market to and want to add individuals based on criteria I determine, NOT just adding an existing client group to a new group. create a scheduling link for organizations (schools) so they can post it on their website.
Create a link for organizations so schools, may include the scheduling page for them on their website, making it easier for them to find us and schedule an appointment. Not all emails are seen - they get spammed.

Frame Integration
It would be excellent if there were a frame pricing module linked with current company prices (Larson Juhl, TC Moulding, GW Moulding). Integrating software like Lifesafer Software to make seamless invoicing would be amazing!

Organization dropdown on webform for record
It would be great for our clients to be able to pick their organization and it automatically goes on their record. This would save us time giving them a reorder. We have about 1500 online contact forms submitted yearly.

Special Needs dropdown menu on webform
It would be great to know in advance it our client has special needs. This information should be able to go directing on their record.
