  1. Option to move Customer Deposit

    Would like an option to move customer deposit, sometimes it goes on the wrong one. If a credit card payment and you delete it, it will void the transaction when we want to keep it.

  2. Have a way to select the color of a text watermark when creating proofs or contact sheets.

    When putting a text watermark on a dark or low key image on a proof or contact sheet it's almost impossible to see when it is black text only. I would like to be able to select white or some other color that will show.

  3. Bulk import and scheduling

    It would be a tremendous time saver to bulk import clients in the "import images" window of "Capture Images". There should be at least 5-10 source bars to locate clients for import. After import is clicked and user is asked to change status, the user can change the status of all 5-10 people to their status of choosing. When we have hundreds of clients that need to be imported in only days time this would help save hours.

    Bulk scheduling of course also needs to be implemented.

    Doing these actions one at a time is tedious and unproductive for workflow.

  4. Allow trigger to pick up 'assigned to user'

    There needs to be an ability for a trigger to set a phone call task to which ever user books a session, currently it has to be manually chosen. The trigger would pull in the booker's name and assign the task to them based on the criteria set.

  5. find a way to let the customer apply their deposit to their order

    wen our customers order, thy have a deposit on file which is supposed to be applied to their order. we had to actually account for this by making it the promo code amount and then still have to manually create an invoice to take care of the tax

  9. Have an "add hyperlink" option when sending a blank email or editing a form letter from the client communication screen.

    While I have templates set up with all our most commonly used links, sometimes I might want to add an extra line of info in an email to a client about a specific example we had discussed & link them to it, or similar.
    In order to do this at the moment I have to edit the whole template in design tools, send it to the client, & then re-edit back to the original template. Which is very frustrating.

  10. Have the ability to export client statements for all invoices, not just invoices with past due balances

    We do a lot of business portraits. In a given month we might have 10 or 15 or more sessions from a given company. We currently then have to send the company 10 or 15 (or more) invoices for payment. It seems that right now we can only export a statement of past due invoices. We'd make it easier for the client company to keep track of all the orders and send one check if we could send a statement showing all the invoices we sent, not just the past due ones.

  12. Automated Sitting #

    When Spectra assigns the automated sitting #, there is NOT an option to have the sitting # 1st and the Last Name directly after it? We organize our files by the sitting # NOT the Last Name. Can you add this option?

  13. Have user (and assistant) options for Appointment Types. E.g. with Sales we have a Salesperson plus an Assistant.

    We would like to save time having to go through the "Advanced Calendar Options" by simply having certain appointment types default to a user and a 2nd user.

  14. Stratus - Send and Receive Emails in Real Time and Not In Batches

    I have clients all the time who want to email me something and wait on the phone for me to receive it so that we can discuss it. This was never a problem until we switched our emails to Stratus.

    I thought there was something wrong with our setup as it was taking 10 minutes or more to receive an email from a client. I posted this problem on Facebook only to find out that the program doesn't send and receive emails in real time. It batches them.

    This should be unacceptable to the software engineers and everyone else at…

  15. Dashboard Report Column Summary - Autosize when adding summary

    We use and LOVE Dashboard reports. However, when we double click a column to see the underlying data then adding summary data such as average, total, count, etc, the column doesn't resize, meaning that you cannot see the full numbers for the summary "$55,000" looks like "$55" requiring another step or 2 to do so.
    Furthermore, when you double click the column width, it does not take into account the width of the summary data, only the data feeding into it. This requires lining up your mouse to manually resize the columns to show the summary data width.

  16. Lock down the ability to modify an organization in both Clients and Sessions.

    In the security groups add "modify organization" (No or Full Access) for both Client and Session.

    I would love to have the ability to see a Production Order time report that would show me how long each of my employees were spending on a specific status. That would really help me see where I need to spend time training my employees.

  18. Include an option to add shipping cost to individual items that auto-calculate in the shipping field on invoices

    We currently only have the option to add a flat rate shipping cost to all invoices and need to manually adjust shipping each time when selling a large amount of items, or, if we don't, we end up losing money by covering the rest of the shipping for clients. We'd like to add a way to add enough shipping to cover all items without having to look it up or memorize the cost for every item we sell.

  19. Limited client Info for Contract Photographers

    I have a second brand and would love a way to export out a session info sheet that had specific info however did not have other info (client email. address etc.) that would be provided to contract photographers.

    Also not sure if there is a way to add the address of hte session to the Session info as well.

    The reason Im suggesting this is that I only provide client phone to the contractors as they do sign a non solict agreement with me...however do not want to provide them info that they can use to solict clients.
