  1. Timestamp automatically goes to the bottom of notes

    It would be great if the timestamp (crtl+T) would default to the bottom of the notes, rather than at the top and we write our notes in chronological order from top to bottom and are always having to copy and paste.

  2. Verify client data for existing accounts in online booking.

    Clients with existing accounts at present are not asked to provide or verify any contact information while booking online. Just like when creating a new online booking account, clients should be required to verify information before booking--otherwise we could end up with sessions booked with no way to contact the client!

  3. Integrate with Zapier.

    Integrate with Zapier. Should be fairy easy to set up I think. We use other platforms like Click Funnels to generate a ton of leads. Would love if the contact information could get passed through straight into MyStratus. It would be possible with Zapier I believe. There is also a ton of other stuff you can do with Zapier. Having Zapier with MyStratus = you can do anything you want.

  4. Can we please be able to set a default font for emails?

    It's time consuming changing Ariel 10 to Cabili 11 every single email, and sometimes it doesnt get done and makes our emails look unprofessional.
    A default option in settings would fix this.

  5. A more user-friendly way of entering several family members

    When adding several family members to a client's record the method can be time consuming (particularly for some members of staff) only allowing one member to be added at a time. It would be preferable to be able to add multiple family members in one go without the window closing each time.

  6. It would be awesome if the task could pop up on the screen on the day assigned to the user assigned!

    This would be a real time reminder every day of your tasks. Same feature for phone calls!

  7. Abilty to setup automatic emailing of reports.

    Select the report you want to run, select daily, weekly or monthly, add recipients, save and close. Report is delivered to your email as requested. Report is waiting for you when you get in or easy to view when on the road.

  8. Custom settings based on Organization

    Global settings for all can be frustrating, the ability to customize settings based on an organization or Client Group would be very beneficial for many clients.

  9. Add ability for clients to setup their own sheet labels, not just the 3 ups, but mailing labels etc.

    To be able to set up their own sheet labels, a editable preview of the information.

  10. Add ability to sell Gift Cards online

    Wants to be give Clients the ability to buy Gift Cards online, like you would Online Booking and Payments.

  11. Add ability to use a date to run an Accounts Receivable report to see  what was owed on that  date.

    We want the ability to put in a range of dates for an Accounts Receivable report. Useful for when Banks/Accountants need something specific

  12. Create a way to determine unsent marketing emails when timed out

    I do a lot of email marketing through Communications Wizard. Occasionally, for whatever reason, the email gets timed out and all of the emails do not go through. In the messages hub, it would be nice to have a category "Unsent" so I can figure out which messages didn't go through and resend them. Right now I have to go to Messages hub, filter to find out which ones were sent, export a list, print it out. Then I have to go through Communications Wizard, recreate the email to send, unselect all and select the names that didn't go through.…

  13. Online Booking iFrame all pages match length of items on page

    Online Booking iFrame pages to be consistent with the items on page. Currently all pages are the same length of the longest page. So pages with less information can have a lot of extra white space. Here is an example, the first page had too much white space, changed it to show less white space. Then this caused the following page to not have enough room for the items to show on the page. Since doing the correction again for the second page, the third page is in the middle of the webpage and no items can be seen until…

  14. Add "Appointment Results" to track reasons for postponed appointments.

    Give users the ability to track postponement/cancellation reasons for Appointments (just like the Session Results in Session records).

  15. Add a 'push data' option to Mobile App - needs to sync to database more quickly

    Currently I have to open the app on my iPhone and some of our users have Androids as well.

    Then I open Dashboard to see the last successful full sync. It's usually from days ago.

    Then I open the client tab in the app, I deliberately add a character to the profile just to force the app to sync.

    Then I hit the refresh button in the clients tab.

    Then I open Calendar in the app, I open my calendar and view the day. I also hit refresh at the top of the Calendar tab.

  16. Acuity - myStratus Integration

    A real weak spot in StudioPlus is the online appointment system. It is just not as polishes as it should be.

    A logical fix would be to set up the necessary hooks in StudioPlus so that highly developed online appointment systems like Acuity can be integrated with StudioPlus and we aren't handcuffed into double entry of data if we want our client to have a positive online scheduling experience.

    Please consider this as a way to make StudioPlus more valuable to those of us loyal clients who have stuck with you for so long. Thank you.

  17. Add "Select Your School" for Organizations on Online Booking

    There are laws in many states that prevent studios from having access to student's email addresses ahead of scheduling their session. This means they can't use the Online Booking for Organizations feature. It would be good to have the option to display a list of all organizations that a student can select and get re-directed to that organizations online booking portal.
    Additionally, when the student logs in, have the portal verify that the login matches a student within the organization.

  18. Integrate with Facebook's New Leads Tool

    Facebook has introduced a way to capture new leads from Facebook. Leads can currently be downloaded as a .CSV file from your Facebook page and then imported into the Spectra/myStratus. However Facebook also has the opportunity to integrate directly with CRM softwares so the leads can be imported directly. This would be a huge time saver! So many leads come from social media.

  19. Link client to each other.

    We have a lot of clients who come over for a session, and a year later we have their family over.
    It would be very nice to be able to link different clients to each other so that we know/remember that they are family of other clients.

  20. Add a check box in the Family Members record to automatically send duplicate emails that are sent to main client

    We often want to send emails to both the main client email address and a duplicate to one of more of the family members. Since we have the family members name and email address, it would help if there was a check box in the Family Member record that would allow us to send duplicate email messages by triggers to both the client and any family member so designated.
