Organization tab needs to be available on stratus web
We use both the desktop and online stratus -- When using organizations that are required and needed daily, our web users cannot complete their job effectively with out having ORGANIZATION available.

Make the session path stay as originally selected
We change the preview path every year. And right now it automatically changes the path of past years previews to the path of current year previews.

Remove the end time of the appointment and only show a start time when appointment booked online
Online appointment confirmation only show start time and remove end time.

option to set default invoice type for first invoice on existing session (not through wizard)
When you make the first invoice in an existing or new session, it would help if it auto inserted invoice type to session fee (rather than initial order) .. whether you use or don't use wizard ..

Ability to disable clock in/out features for mobile app
Have the ability to disable clock in/out feature. To keep employees from clocking in when they should not be clocked in when going to a shoot and not working.

Stratus Web Presentations
Allow for sales presentations to be made remotely via the MyStratus Web App or Mobile App and allow at least thumbnails to be visible when creating invoices in both of the above apps. We work with images after all, why can't we see them remotely?

Bulk import Payment records to update client invoices from Excel Spreadsheet
Ability to bulk import payment records from a Excel Spreadsheet to update existing client invoices. We have issues having to update hundreds of records into the system each month from our finance provider who pays out each month the customers installments.

User should be able to, from Calendar mode, double click on a Special Calendar Event to open it up and edit.

Change the sender/receiver email addresses automatically based on Incoming or Outgoing Direction
When opening an email window the default direction is Outgoing & the email addresses in the From & To boxes reflect the outgoing email direction. It would be handy if the system could reallocate the email addresses automatically if the direction of the email is changed to Incoming. I currently have to manually change them. I use this function to record emails which have not automatically gone into Studio Plus due to them being sent to an email address not connected to Studio Plus (yet I still want to record the client interaction in Studio Plus)

Create Session Cancellation email function to allow linked Session Status to be changed also. Same as Session Confirmation Emails.
With session confirmation emails, you can set the preference to check the confirmed checkbox and update session status. Allowing a confirmed session status to be changed (say from Confirmation Pending to Session Pending). It would be nice to have the session cancel link work the same way, check the canceled check box and update the session status (say from Confirmation Pending to Session Canceled)

Have an option for the Drive Time to show on the Calendar for Appointments as it does for Sessions.

Write off is a nice feature! I'd also like a write-off report with date change options. I have a filter that works but would like a built-in report. thanks!

myStratus Email - Add "Delayed Send" Function
We need a way on mass or individual emails to delay the send of the email until a future time or date.
Many of us who are small studios who catch up on our paperwork at home or on weekends. We need a way to be able to do this work, then have our emails actually send during business or weekday hours (not at 2am).

Global Setting of Column Displays That Can Be "Locked Down"
There needs to be a way that an account administrator can set the columns and their order on all displays so that it is consistent from one workstation to the next without allowing the user to alter them.

Make Fixing the Date/Time Field a Priority
Please make fixing the "Date/Time" column on email listing and as used in other areas of the program so that it does in fact display the date and time and not just the date.
This is not a new feature request - it is a plea that you fix something that is broken.
The problem has existed for well over six months. It's time to get it taken care of.

Add "Total Sales" (pre-tax) to Sales Tax Report
The current sales tax report does not include a column for Total Sales (pre-tax).
Ironically, the report does include totals that most studios would not ever use to file sales taxes...like shipping.
On the other hand, every sales tax filing I've ever done always wants to know "Total Pre-Tax Sales". This is the total of Taxable and Non-Taxable sales before sales tax.
As it stands now, each time I print a sales tax report I must manually add the taxable and non-taxable sales to get this number.If you use the "Total" field in the Stratus report you are getting a…2 votes -

allow recurring sessions and appointments for known/linked clients
if a client is not linked to an appointment, it can be scheduled as recurring appointment. However, if the client is known (in the system), we can not schedule recurring appointments.
Sessions can not be repeated at all with or without known/linked client.We need to do that for certain clients, and in repeat event photography, like trainings, events etc.2 votes
