Add Zoom to Mobile app
Would like to be able to zoom in on records as well as information in the schedule.

Reports to show more then 2 years of data
Allow reports to show 3 or 5 years of data at one time instead of having to run multiple reports and then compile in Excel. This would allow us to view money/session/product trends over a longer time period.

Outlook connector or send with outlook
On a mac or using the web browser it is slow and inefficient to send mail and would love a way to click send email and bounce to outlook - with some of the predefined email templates we use.

Allow Invoice customization similar to Quickbooks
It would be helpful to be able to customize the invoice fields and layout (and save templates) for various types of clients. Some of our commercial work requires additional/longer address fields, more detailed (free form) descriptions of the project, and licensing terms on the invoice.

Make an option for Organizations to be marked inactive
It would be great if Organizations were able to be marked inactive so that they do not all appear on the drop down. We use Organizations each year to search and currently we have to scroll down 2 years worth of organizations to get to the one we need.

Make Invoice Terms alterable at time of printing invoice and not tied to the specific appointment or session type
When we used to use Photo One, there was an option, when creating the invoice, for us to say what we wanted the Invoice Terms to be at the time of printing the invoice. That way if they are placing an initial order, we can have a certain set of terms and then when they are picking up a finished order, we can change those terms to say something different like "Picked up all" with a place for them to sign and date.
Now that we use MyStratus, the Invoice Terms are tied to the appointment type and we cannot…9 votes -
Sister with Acuity for scheduling sessions...
Acuity is a great scheduling software that does work with many companies like myphotoapp and others to help mainstream their sessions, making it easier to book appointment and click in add ons to the session. Like a clothing change or additional people to a session.
It also send automatic reminders that are much easier and faster to set up then those of stratus. I recently switched to stratus after having come from acuity and feel that stratus could be so incredible should it pair with them or at the least learn from their success.9 votes -
Change the wording on the inoice from SOLD To to Purchased By
When creating an invoice for a second person on one job, it labels them as Sold To.

Option to show Session Notes in the Client Record
In the notes section of the client record you can choose to show client or status notes. It would be nice to have the option to see session notes as well, instead of having to open each session to find the notes for it.

Create a way to track whether a session has been viewed in InspiredByYou
It would be wonderful to be able to track which sessions have been viewed in IBY. In our workflow, we trigger a call AND an HTML email when senior portraits are uploaded and available to view. It would be great to send just an email, and then be able to schedule a follow up call for ONLY clients who haven't viewed their sessions a few days later. It would be a huge time saver!

Paypal is very widely used and we have used it with other on line viewing services. It is easy to set up with the account so, should be with IBY

integration of invoices to Xero book keeping accounting software.
Would love to be able to export my invoices from S+ and import them to Xero package..

Yearbook Selection on IBY and Cutoff Dates
The Yearbook Cutoff Dates need to translate to IBY. Students can continue to make yearbook selections after the cutoff dates online causing a lot of confusion for the students and makes it very difficult to mange internally. Also, fix the Offer Yearbook selections for images containing "Yearbook" metadata.

Have the ability select more than 2 images for the yearbook
I have schools that want to use a formal, a cap and gown, and a silly picture in their yearbook. I have been doing that school for 5 years now, and I can't use Studio plus for the yearbook because it limits the choices to two.
