  3. Implement Variable data for text fields in the digital template builder

    Build into the text layer in the digital template builder the ability to include a data field(s) from the client or session screen. The idea is to have variable data digital products rendered by Stratus.

    For example, on a photo graduation announcement layout, include a text layer that pulls from the First Name field or last name field, Graduation year field, the organization name. This would improve our ability to render a completed, individualized product directly out of Stratus without having to do any additional work on the file output.

  4. A note area for an outside location

    It would be nice to be able to write a short note about the location. Such as 'load at the back door' or 'unlock walkway poles for unloading' or 'park at a certain spot'.

  5. The Ability to copy web form elements for use in other webforms

    Creation of webforms is great but it would be even better if you could copy elements from one form to another. I might want client details to be on one form but also on a session confirmation so that clients can check details are correct.

  6. integration of invoices to Xero book keeping accounting software.

    Would love to be able to export my invoices from S+ and import them to Xero package..
    As it stands I need to enter invoices twice which is a real pain in the backside..

  7. Add search ability in Android phones

    Would like to be able to search for a specific client when creating a new session/appointment instead of having to scroll through all clients

  8. Add ability to add appointment and new client all at one time from the calendar.

    To make the mobile app more like the desktop, it would be great to add everything at once from the Schedule in the mobile app.

  9. Add Organization Info to Form Letters

    We don't get the YB deadline until later into their Senior season, so we use made up dates to spread out the sessions. When we do get the deadline, we don't want to have to make X number of form letters to send to the students, one for each org, we request that it be an merge field.

  10. When using a wizard allow for a keyboard shortcut to "back" or "next".

    Having to stop typing to use the mouse or to hit the tab key 7 times slows down data entry. A ctl or alt B or N will allow us to go to progress to the desired screen

  11. Email invoice to client using form letter with invoice attached.

    We email invoices to our clients. Currently we use a form letter in the body of the email. We then attach the invoice that we earlier exported. It would be helpful if we could choose our form letter and to attach the invoice in one step.

  12. Payment amount Triger :-) once a certain amount has been paid off an invoice we can arrange an early release of photos for our clients :-)

  13. Stratus Mobile - Being Able to Send Emails

    Considering the amount of business being done on mobile phones these days, it only makes sense that the Stratus Mobile app allow email being sent and replied to through the mobile app.

  14. Invoice terms more user friendly

    The ability to make invoice terms and have check a boxes to say what session types these specific terms will be associated with. The drop down and having to copy and paste each set of terms in each one is very time consuming. This option to choose what session type they belong to is very user friendly.

  15. Email trigger for soon expiring credit cards

    With Clients on Payment Plans, an email has to go to the Clients whose credit cards would expire soon so they can contact us to update the new credit card information. Often we come to know that a Client's credit card has expired only after the transaction has declined on the due date. Only then we start following up with the Client to update the new payment details.

    It would be helpful to trigger an email or sms text to the Client before two weeks from the payment due date advicing they need to update their new credit card details…

  16. second brand

    Would love for the ability to have a Second Brand added in Spectra. Would need to be able to send emails from a second email address, have a different logo for invoices etc. But seems as if most items will work in spectra as is.
    Reason for the second brand--have primary brand not attached or related in anyway (company name, company email, phone and address need to be different.)

  18. Lead Source to be attached to and retained with session and appointment

    For returning clients, currently our protocol is to type previous lead source in Client Notes screen and overwrite with new source on Client main page, however this is not always done and we either lose previous lead source or end up with a line of multiple sources on the client page.
    Always helpful to know how we first came into contact with clients and subsequent contacts.

  19. Allow merge of session records

    Organization reporting only works if the student has only one session record. The current process for cleaning up multiple client session data is to delete one of the session records. This leaves the door wide open for the wrong session record to be accidentally deleted and session images to be lost. You have a client merge function already. Can you add a session merge function that will add the second session to the advanced calendar and merge the session images so that no data will be lost?

  20. Add more customization for IBY and make it responsive.

    Make the IBY site responsive, so it works easily on phones, tablets etc. Allow more customization in IBY and make it more intuitive, like other online shopping sites. Such as allow color selections, allowing a change the top bar that currently says "my account". Showing photos of products without having the rollover.
