Add Private Appointments

Add ability to set an appointment to private so it is only visible to the User who created it, but shows as busy to other Users viewing it.

    Also, a related feature could be that appointments synced from google calendar is also private and only visible to the corresponding user, but shows as busy to other users viewing it.
