Delete client import templates

Currently there is no ability to delete client import templates once they are saved - as we go through the process of getting the templates how we want them it is possible to create a lot of 'test' templates which are unable to be deleted and this causes a lot of clutter in the template list.

    I would love to be able to edit this list, as we change our form regularly so my list is getting too long.
