Create a new button called 'Mark Complete and New Call' in the Phonecall window
If I have made a call to someone and I want to create a new followup call, currently I need to go through the following steps:
1. Mark call complete
2. Press save and close
3. Open communication tab on Client window
4. Press New Call
5. Select the type, user and due date (for our studio)
6. Press save and close
I would like to cut out a few of these steps by simply having a 'Mark Complete and New Call' button on the call window.
After a call, the new steps will look like this:
1. Mark call complete and New Call
(The type and user could be the same automatically as the call we just completed - this would mean we don't need to touch it)
2. Choose the due date
3. Press save and close
I would say this will increase productivity for our booking team and time they can spend on contacts.
