Online Booking - Provide Main Categories with Session Types as Sub Items
This idea was posted before and was closed for some reason before its completion.
We need to update the online booking experience with StudioPlus to be more user friendly. One way to do this is to have "Categories" for the Products and Services bing offered. In our case, we would set up the following categroies:
The sole purpose of each of these categories is to serve as a link to the actual session types which can be scheduled. Right now, we would have to list a dozen or so different session types that a client would have to wade through to get to the session type they want.
If you set up a simple "Category" field for each session type, our client's intital online screen would show only the categories. Once they select that category, the items available under that category would appear. Much more pleasant and less confuring for the end user. Much more productive for us.
Please consider this change. Your competition offers it almost without exception. User interface is everything with online booking. Please help us use StudioPlus for this this function. Thank you.

Agreed; as well some work could be done to better flexibility to the scheduling itself.
