Can a response to a text be sent back to us company wide and not just to the user that sent the text.
Could you make it so that when a client responds to a text it goes to everyone logged in not just the user that sent the text. Many times the user that sent the text is not at their desk when a text is responded to by a client. This causes us to miss text because we don't know to go look for it. If it went to everyone logged in anyone at their desk would see it and be able to respond quickly.
Thanks for the suggestion Shane! We can already do this for responses to your automated texts. But this is a great suggestion that it should work for all text replies!
Responses to automated messages can be set to a department. You could have everyone be in that department. You can set that at Maintenance > Preferences > Company Preferences > Misc tab > SMS Texting section.
