Add Video Capability to Price List Item IBY Product Images if only via HTML
I think static images are excellent for product images, but I think there is an opportunity to increase sales done in a Web-first, volume way by integrating short videos in the cart. Anybody in the business will tell you that in-person sales will produce the highest order tickets... adding videos that demonstrate to a client what a sytrene mount is and what it can do for your print, how big an 11x14 really isn't on your wall, or how embassy texture on a wedding portrait can add an artisanal flourish would allow me to do the dog and pony show I'd typically do in my studio or on-site virtually so that I can sell invoice-padding mounts, print size increases, and finishing services I otherwise may have not. I was shocked to see how many people ordered 3mm styrene mounting when I first added it to my old cart even when there was not even a product description or an image to demonstrate what it was. Before I was a photographer, I had no idea at all what that meant. I think people just buy options when they're available, and it felt like every third order had a value added when we went the extra mile to make not only product images for options but also videos in general for our product base. Classic example would be the ability to show 10-second detail video of a metallic print being rotated in light to demonstrate the sheen. Nothing fancy, but it helps sell metallic prints.

FYI if you're also a user and reading: HTML YouTube (at least - haven't checked others as yet) working for embedding videos into descriptions. I still think it'd be nice to have a video in addition to or istead of a product image, but it's huge having the ability to do videos in description! So glad for the update!
