    Create an afterhours/weekend auto response to incoming texts so clients know we won't see their message until Monday morning.

  2. Larger Font option on all forms & screens

    It would be nice to have the ability to increase the font size on all forms, screens & information sections. I would like to have the option to increase the size & thickness while using the calendar too. It would be great to have the option to increase the font size.

  3. Allow multiple people to be working in a session

    Within the last 6 months or so this has been new that a window pops up warning us that the unsaved changes may need to be reentered saying that the session has been modified. This didn't used to happen and we constantly have to click ok.

  4. Copy a webform

    I have spent a lot of time creating webforms and then if I need the same information for a different job, I would like to be able to duplicate what I've created, rename it for the new client and then make any necessary adjustments.

  5. Show if a family member is a secondary contact without having to open their name.

    Without having to open the family member name it would be helpful if I could see if they are the secondary contact. And even better if I could check the box there if it isn't already.

    Invoicing. The invoice reflects when the client created the invoice. If they do not complete the order, it goes to pending. Then when they do complete the order at a later date, the invoice has the original date. This creates issues when I put a timeline of order importance and completion. Also, if I create a campaign to "Order Now", I will not know the correct order date.

  8. Cash Received Report Detailing Payment Plans w/Specific Date

    Week to week we want to know of the cash received, what came from payment plans. This helps us break out what cash was upfront payments and what is recurring plans.

    CR2 files have been discontinued since 2018. I wish CR3 files were supported so that we could utilize studio plus filters.

  10. Integrating Quickbooks into MyStratus. Giving us the option of running our full accounts from MyStratus.

    Integrating Quickbooks into mySratus allowing better bookkeeping for the whole business. As a management system it would be great to use myStratus for my complete accounts package. Everything being in one place. Sales and purchases all on one system. I already run all my sales through myStratus which is the biggest part, so then i would just have to add the purchases to complete my accounts. Also having the option of different VAT rates and full invoicing for different types of shoots.

  11. Security feature to restrict/limit user to only view their own user calendar

    We would like to make it so certain users (photographers) are not able to see the calendars of other users.

  12. In Communication Manager, allow more than ONE type (email/SMS etc) to be scheduled at the SAME TIME

    If we want to schedule communications to a marketing plan (or group/filter) we have to go through the Communications Wizard each time for each type of communication that we are scheduling...
    So if I want to schedule an email, a text message (usually to say that we have emailed due to the junk mail issues) and then also schedule a phone call, I have to go through the wizard THREE times...
    Wouldnt it be easier to choose MULTIPLE communication types in this wizard (like how triggers can be set to do more than one type) and set each one up…

  13. Ability to schedule a SMS or other communication for INDIVIDUAL clients i.e. not in bulk through the communication wizard

    Currently we only have the ability to schedule communications as bulk lists/ marketing plans/ filters etc.
    Would be very useful to have the ability to schedule communications to a single client from the client or session tab
    Just one example, when scheduling social media posts a week or 2 in advance, we could schedule the client to get a sms 1 hour before we have scheduled the post to go live, that way they are far more likely to look and engage

  14. Ability to link a Client Invoice to a Session

    Since you can only link a Client based invoice to another client. If the mistake was made where they created the Invoice on the Client and not the Session, it would be nice to have the ability to link that Client Based Invoice to the Session it should have been on.

  15. Make birthday the trigger separate for each family members birthday including the main client

    At the moment when you create a trigger for birthdays it triggers every birthday on the client card meaning HTML's or SMS's can not be personalised with the clients name or childs name etc. If we could have the option to have all the birthdays as separate triggers they could all be personalised.

  16. When bulk creating timeslots don't put them over closed holidays.

    Right now, when you bulk create time slots they post on posted holidays that the studio is closed. You have to manually go in and remove them from those closed days.

  19. Allow PNG file names to be displayed in the Yearbook Image drop down menu on the Organization tab

    The full list of PNG file names doesn't show up in the drop down menu of the Primary or Secondary Yearbook image portion of the Organization page on a Session. Once chosen, a yearbook image file name will show up if it's a PNG, and the image will display, but the image can only be edited or chosen from the images tab.

  20. Add a Next Available button for Calendar Sessions and Appointments

    I'd love for our customer service team to be able to quickly jump to the next available opening for a session type or appointment type. They'd obviously have to select the type first, but then click a button that would jump them to the next opening be it in 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months, rather than visually inspecting the calendar for openings.
