Ability to individually customise font formatting in notes to highlight important data (colour, size weight etc per line)
Being able to highlight specific aspects of notes would make them so much easier to read, especially for clients with a lot of data.
We could do this in our old system & aside from being able to bold, underline & increase the size of really important info, I could colour code other important data so I could easily pick it out when a client called & needed to quickly scan as I spoke to them. So for example, any voucher/session package info was in blue, family member info was green, pet info was purple, payment information was in red…

Enable triggers to have an Active / Inactive Option
Currently, if we want to stop certain triggers from running, the triggers have to be deleted or changed to manually process and cancelled which is far from ideal especially with several users.
Some can involve quite a bit of setting up so it's not ideal having to delete them and then redo each one.
The current coronavirus situation means we dont want the normal triggers applying however we would want them again in a few months, would be far more convenient to have an active/inactive option like other areas of the software.3 votes -

No Intial Order on Sessions
There is a Dashboard report, but not a way to filter this. It would be nice if a filter that would show No Initial Order on Sessions so that can be used to send out an email to target them alone.

Commissions should only be paid when money is PAID on an invoice.
Commissions should not be paid until the money comes to the studio.

Allow Partial Payment of Online Invoices
Thank you for adding the ability to make online payments. It would be helpful is a client could make a partial payment instead of having to pay the entire thing. Example. The customer owes $4000 but needs to spread out the payment with different cards and/or on different dates. The flexibilty would be helpful.

Some may not want to click on the long awkward link, having the option to reply with a Yes to confirm would help.

Have the ability to modify the web from submitted page or be able to use your own web page for that.

Integrate with a Cloud Based Call System
It would be amazing if cloud based phone calling and Stratus was CRM integrated with each other. That way you could make phone calls by clicking on contacts inside of Stratus. Also when a contact calls in, it is synced with the CRM so it pulls up the clients client tab when they call in.

When viewing and printing an unlinked appointment -- You should be able to see the same info.
In other words, what you see on the screen when you click on an appointment, should preview and print the same. This means that you need to add the info field of "Description" to the print/preview options.

Allow users to see what texts or emails have been scheduled.
Once you schedule a batch of texts or emails, there needs to be some sort of documentation that is visible to the user. I'm sitting here on a holiday when tech support isn't working, wondering whether I just scheduled tomorrow's batch of texts to the correct client group. There is no way to double check that.
