Private online Booking
I do headshot events for closing companies. The client books a slot online with a booking page. They pay X, charge Y, the title company and their sponsors pay the difference per person at the end of the event to bring me up to Y.
Right now, if I offer online scheduling to all my clients, everyone would see the offer of a headshot for X, including other clients I have booked right now, if they were to go in to reschedule.
It would be nice to offer private booking pages for events.

add an option to hide or remove the promo code from the online booking checkout screen, so when people are booking, they don't call to ask for a promo code

make a phone-number-hyperlink option so people who read the email on their phone can click the phone number in the email to dial
When creating a Form Letter/HTML Form Letter to be used as email, make the phone number a link to dial, for users that open the email on their phone
9 votesThis feature is actually already built in to most mobile devices. Client’s phones will automatically recognize a phone number and turn it into a clickable link.

Remove Conflicting Timeslots (not online appointments)
Right now, if you create multiple timeslots and book an online appointment, StudioPlus automatically removes all timeslots that conflict with the booked appointment. However, if you have those same timeslots and make an appointment from the Desktop app, the conflicting timeslots are not removed. This creates a nightmare for studios that try to utilize both online and phone appointments. If timeslots were removed for users if a session was created that overlapped, it would solve this and make using the features provided easier. Thank you!

Separate web forms for separate locations - myStratus Enterprise
At the moment, webforms are shared between locations in myStratus enterprise. Which means any new form enquiries will be captured in the "Corporate" location.
It would be amazing to have separate forms for separate locations so each form would direct new leads to their particular location. Just like the booking engine.

Dashboard needs 'Average Total Sales per Session' to get the true average sales.
Daily you need to measure numbers and in my studio I sometime get multiple orders per portrait session. It would great to measure 'Average Total Sales per Session' straight away or at the end of the day rather than waiting to when you change Session Status to final. I need live averages straight away on the dashboard so I can direct staff now not later. Currently you can only see the 'Average Initial order' on the dashboard which only shows the first initial order.

allow client triggers to access family members birthdays to send greetings and specials
We want to be able to set up triggers for family members based on birthdays to automatically send text or email greetings to the family members. Currently we can only use the main client birthday.

It's time to add a separate search field for bride & grooms last names.
With so many brides keeping their last name it's time to add a separate field for both the brides & grooms last names. This way we can search for either last name & find our client. It can be embarrassing if the bride gives you her last name & your search comes up blank.
2 votesThis option is actually already available. You can add the bride/groom as a family member on the client record and check the box for “Secondary Contact”. Spectra/myStratus will automatically find the secondary contact as well as the main contact when searching by last name.

Allow custom default Image Groups in workflow pane, more than just "All Images" and "Ungrouped".
Our contracted schools for senior portraits require the traditional tuxedo/drape pose for the yearbook, and we currently import that part of the session and have to create an "image group" for every single session-- would be great to have it as a customizable default option!

Notes Pages - Why Can't I Print the Page?
When I go to the "Notes" page on an appointment, I don't see any way to print out or format the notes.
While the formatting of the notes might be considered as an enhancement to many, the ability to print out a "dump" of everything in the Client and Status Notes is a program anomaly that should be addressed immediately.
1 voteThe ability to print out appointment notes is actually already a feature. By checking the box “Print these Notes” on the Notes tab of an appointment, the Notes will be included when printing the Appointment Confirmation. The setting can also be turned on as the default for appointment records by going to Maintenance > Preferences > Company Preferences > Reports tab > ‘Default Appointment Notes to Print’. If these settings are not visible or not how the feature is working, please contact our support department.

Have some alert to say there is an incoming SMS or Email - too easy to miss at the mo.
It is so easy to miss an incoming SMS or email, it would be great to have an alert on the home page or some other method of informing the studio. We have missed a couple of messages recently as we forgot to go to the message window and were thinking the sessions were just no shows.

Stratus - Email Links and Embedded Images Don't Work
This is a MAJOR problem that isn't a suggestion, it's an imperative.
Users need to be able to see and save images embedded in incoming emails. More important, hyperlinks in emails need to work.
The work around of copying and pasting the URL is one that should not be acceptable to anyone, especially your programmers.

Stratus - Add Ability to Merge Clients
I have looked through the help screens and haven't been able to find it, so if the feature does exist, I hope someone will share a link to the "how to" section that covers this item.
We need a way to merge two clients into one client. You would have to have a way for the user to specify which client record to be the controlling client account in the case of conflicts.

Add 'Process Triggers' to Control Center in MyStratus
Ability to automate 'Process Triggers' in MyStatus
2 votesHi, we just wanted to let you know that is actually already a feature! The job for Processing Triggers is not listed in the myStratus Control Center because we handle the specifications for running the job on our end. When you create a Trigger, there is a box labeled “Automatically Process via the Control Center.” Once that is checked, myStratus will automatically process the triggers during the next time that job is set to run.

Disable the auto-check of "Print Appt/Session Confirmation" in the booking wizard
We uncheck that box every time, no need for a printed session confirmation. We send an email confirmation for every appt & session booked. Would be nice have the option to set that as the default.

Provide an easy way to eliminate duplicate email address when sending bulk emails
Often the same email address is assigned to multiple accounts, such as a parent on each high school senior account. When marketing emails are sent, they end up getting multiple copies. It would help if the list could be automatically culled for dups before sending.
11 votesGreat Suggestion! But the Communication Wizard will automatically not email the same email address multiple times. So this should already be in Spectra/Stratus. It will only send one email to each email address. If that is not the case, please let support know. Thanks!

Keep the program from timing out
Working in production, I'm not always on the computer, or working in the program. I don't like that I loose all my information & have to reopen the program every time I go back to it.

Payment list Report-add the date back on-(use to have it)
The payment list report use to print the date at the top of the report so we knew what date it was. It does not now. Maybe it got taken off with a later release. Want it back on please.
