  2. I WOULD LOVE IF THE BOXES FOR ONLINE BOOKING WAS BOLDER COLORS THE ONES CURRENTLY DOES NOT SHOW UP VERY WELL ON THE CUSTUMER END

    THE BOXES DO NOT SHOW UP ON THE ONLINE CALENDER FOR BOOKING SESSION DATES. IF THE CALENDER BOXES WHERE BOLDER COLOR THE DAYS AVAILABLEBE WOULD SHOW UP BETTER.

  3. Integrate with Stripe

    I just got off a 30 minute phone call with TSYS. And they still need to call me back. The setup with Stripe is easy and painless. I was able to set up my other business to integrate the customer payment platform to stripe in 5 minutes.

  4. Make Client Address a outside location

    If the Clients address was made a outside location it would make it easy to put it into the outside location field on an appointment

  5. I really want a default note which prints on the appointment reminders. People don't listen and I do give them a lot of info when they leave

    I would like the ability to create default notes which automatically print on appointment types and invoices. The feature allows for more information to be conveyed when a reminder is printed and given to a client at the end of a specific appointment or session to plan for the next appointment. A default note on an invoice allows for terms of the invoice to be printed automatically, but could be delete before printing in unique situations.

  6. 2 week Time Card Reports

    We are paid Bi-Weekly. My husband would like the Time Card reports to show the hours for the whole 2 weeks, not have them separated by weeks. Thank You!

  8. for customers booking outside the time zone, can stratus warn them that that appointment time may not be what it displays on the calendar.

    for customers booking outside the time zone, there should be a warning that the time they booked may not be the actual time of their appointment.

  10. Sister with Acuity for scheduling sessions...

    Acuity is a great scheduling software that does work with many companies like myphotoapp and others to help mainstream their sessions, making it easier to book appointment and click in add ons to the session. Like a clothing change or additional people to a session.
    It also send automatic reminders that are much easier and faster to set up then those of stratus. I recently switched to stratus after having come from acuity and feel that stratus could be so incredible should it pair with them or at the least learn from their success.

  11. create a scheduling link for organizations (schools) so they can post it on their website.

    Create a link for organizations so schools, may include the scheduling page for them on their website, making it easier for them to find us and schedule an appointment. Not all emails are seen - they get spammed.

  12. Allow for individual existing clients in the system to be batch-added to newly-created groups

    Allow for existing clients in the system to be added to newly-created groups by highlighting multiple clients and having a tool which allows clients to be selected on an individual basis, but NOT adding them one at a time. For example, I have clients from a specific school which are more than a couple of years out. I have created a new group to market to and want to add individuals based on criteria I determine, NOT just adding an existing client group to a new group.     i.e STUDIO PLUS should report in the same section as Studio Plus

  15. Add a much more 'today'-look for the online bookings

    The booking tool that integrates with our website does not look professional at all. Looks more like 1998...
    It would be nice to have it look more as websites look today, better styling, or custom CSS possibilies.

  17. when custom fields are renamed to a usable name, can the usaable name show in the advanced search field.

    when you go to Advanced Search to find a field created from a custom field, can the custom name show. If you create a field at the moment you need to remember the origional name (ie Custom Name 1) to search for that data. It would be more sensible if the field you searched for displayed as the usable name (ie File Number).

  19. Add an internal IM for between users.

    It would be nice to be able to send notes and messages in an instant message format between users. Right now we use another app, but it would be great to be able to keep it all together.

  20. Include Square or EMS as credit card payment options

    We use Square and EMS as our credit card processors since they don't have monthly fees. Would love to be able to link this with our Spectra.
