  2. create a scheduling link for organizations (schools) so they can post it on their website.

    Create a link for organizations so schools, may include the scheduling page for them on their website, making it easier for them to find us and schedule an appointment. Not all emails are seen - they get spammed.

  3. Change the wording on the inoice from SOLD To to Purchased By

    When creating an invoice for a second person on one job, it labels them as Sold To.
    This presents the wrong connotation now days, Our clients purchase what they like, they are not SOLD TO.

  5. In "Today's Snapshot" hyperlink the Receivables Total to a Receivables Listing ...

    ... so that it shows WHICH clients owe money

    That would be an excellent way of being able to chase down monies owing to the business.

  6. Reports to show more then 2 years of data

    Allow reports to show 3 or 5 years of data at one time instead of having to run multiple reports and then compile in Excel. This would allow us to view money/session/product trends over a longer time period.

    Client Status Change Upon Booking a Session or Appointment. It would be nice to have this based on Session Type or Appointment Type and not when something is booked alone.

  8. Add a 'push data' option to Mobile App - needs to sync to database more quickly

    Currently I have to open the app on my iPhone and some of our users have Androids as well.

    Then I open Dashboard to see the last successful full sync. It's usually from days ago.

    Then I open the client tab in the app, I deliberately add a character to the profile just to force the app to sync.

    Then I hit the refresh button in the clients tab.

    Then I open Calendar in the app, I open my calendar and view the day. I also hit refresh at the top of the Calendar tab.

  10. Add the ability to create a hyperlink within an email

    Please add the ability to create hyperlinks within manually written emails.

    I realize that I can create links in form emails...but I send very few of those. Most emails are tailored to the clients needs and the links vary. The addition of this capability would be very helpful.

  11. Make a way to quickly navigate to a form letter when sending an email or letter.

    We have 80-100+ form letters and when sending an email, I would like a way to be able to navigate to a form letter without having to wait for the scroll to get to the form letter I want. A dialog box option to allow me to type in the first letter or two of a form letter and have the list jump to what I'm looking for would be great.

  12. Change the sender/receiver email addresses automatically based on Incoming or Outgoing Direction

    When opening an email window the default direction is Outgoing & the email addresses in the From & To boxes reflect the outgoing email direction. It would be handy if the system could reallocate the email addresses automatically if the direction of the email is changed to Incoming. I currently have to manually change them. I use this function to record emails which have not automatically gone into Studio Plus due to them being sent to an email address not connected to Studio Plus (yet I still want to record the client interaction in Studio Plus)

  14. Create Session Cancellation email function to allow linked Session Status to be changed also. Same as Session Confirmation Emails.

    With session confirmation emails, you can set the preference to check the confirmed checkbox and update session status. Allowing a confirmed session status to be changed (say from Confirmation Pending to Session Pending). It would be nice to have the session cancel link work the same way, check the canceled check box and update the session status (say from Confirmation Pending to Session Canceled)

  15. Make Fixing the Date/Time Field a Priority

    Please make fixing the "Date/Time" column on email listing and as used in other areas of the program so that it does in fact display the date and time and not just the date.

    This is not a new feature request - it is a plea that you fix something that is broken.

    The problem has existed for well over six months. It's time to get it taken care of.

  18. allow recurring sessions and appointments for known/linked clients

    if a client is not linked to an appointment, it can be scheduled as recurring appointment. However, if the client is known (in the system), we can not schedule recurring appointments.
    Sessions can not be repeated at all with or without known/linked client.We need to do that for certain clients, and in repeat event photography, like trainings, events etc.

  19. Link client organization to session organization so that they must match.

    Link the client organization to the session organization so that they must always match. Every year we have a handful of students that transfer to different schools that we also provide photography services to and my employees change the client organization, but forget to change the session. This oversight causes the yearbook export to overlook them. I'm not really sure why anyone would want a client organization to be different from the session.

  20. Make a way to permanently disable "Merge Owner Info" for Calendar print.

    Would really love a way to permanently disable the "Merge Owner Info" (possibly somewhere like User Preferences?). It's a minor issue, but it would be amazing if there was somewhere to say - no, I don't want this pre-checked every time I print the calendar.
