Add IMAP support for email
I am doing more and more work from my phone and when I reply to a customer from my phone, that reply does not show up in MyStratus. With IMAP support instead of POP, the program would sync both the inbox and the outbox of the email account.

Transfer all relationships
Right now I am creating New Clients from Family Members for the Class of 2019. It would be nice if all Family Members transferred over so that I would have parent names and other siblings. If they call to set up, I would know parent names and also be able to make conversation about their siblings.

Model release app for tablet
Lots of times when we are shooting business portraits we need Model release Forms. It would be nice to have an easy to use app on a tablet (ipad!) so they can fill out a model release form and sign it. And that is linked to the client and/or session.

Phone Numbers - Need Options for Auto-Formatting
There need to be options for the auto-formatting of phone numbers when they are entered. Options are needed for both "(000) 000-0000" or "000-00-0000".
The version with the parenthesis creates problems when being exported in CSV format.

Email Linking - Offer Drop Down When Email is in Several Client Records
It is no uncommon (espcially in light of your system using the senior student as the client) that a parent email could be listed as the email for multiple client records. Please adjust your system so that if an email is coming in where that address is associated with multiple accounts that when the user opens it, a pop-up gives them a list of the clients in which the email address is featured and your user can then select which clients (a/k/a child) they want the email linked to.

Create an alert or warning if booking date/time selection for session/appointment is in the past
I understand that sometimes there's a need to retroactively create sessions for a past date especially for On-location shoots etc. However, it would be really helpful if an alert or warning is shown so that if it's done on accident, then it's highlighted for the user

Selecting timeslot in calendar view to create new appointment/session
This is more of a bug than a feature request, but in calendar mode when you click and drag to highlight a block of time and then select New Appointment or Service (Ctrl+P) to bring up the scheduling wizard, the highlighted time is not what is shown as the Start and End time for the appointment/session. It actually defaults to 9am to start time for appointments regardless of what time I highlighted on the calendar.
Moreover, there is no Data Entry validation options for appointment/session start and end times.

Allow inventory for Color Options
I like the new inventory idea and that great for fixed products like "USB"
Its not so great for say 6x8 frame with 3 color options, here I don't need to know that I have 150 6x8 frames I need to know I have say 40 pewter, 10 black and 100 brown. one frame might outsell the others color wise. of course if there is a way to do this let me know but I have not been able to see it?

Be able to batch enter delivered dates for invoices.
You can batch change an invoice status and it would be nice to go a step further and fill in the delivered date. Right now, I have to individually open each invoice and fill in the delivered date. So on a big school job, that could be 50+ invoices. We pay taxes on orders delivered, so the date is very important. Unless there is a way I don't know about.

Create a way to track whether a session has been viewed in InspiredByYou
It would be wonderful to be able to track which sessions have been viewed in IBY. In our workflow, we trigger a call AND an HTML email when senior portraits are uploaded and available to view. It would be great to send just an email, and then be able to schedule a follow up call for ONLY clients who haven't viewed their sessions a few days later. It would be a huge time saver!

Enable security for selective reporting
It would be helpful if there was an ability for users to view reports selected by management (while restricting all others) in order to submit their sales figures for commission payments instead of the existing administrative burden of having to monitor their sales which leads to conflict between the paymaster and the sales person.

Frame Integration
It would be excellent if there were a frame pricing module linked with current company prices (Larson Juhl, TC Moulding, GW Moulding). Integrating software like Lifesafer Software to make seamless invoicing would be amazing!

Allow merge of session records
Organization reporting only works if the student has only one session record. The current process for cleaning up multiple client session data is to delete one of the session records. This leaves the door wide open for the wrong session record to be accidentally deleted and session images to be lost. You have a client merge function already. Can you add a session merge function that will add the second session to the advanced calendar and merge the session images so that no data will be lost?
