  1. Requesting import support for CR3 files

    CR2 files have been discontinued since 2018. I wish CR3 files were supported so that we could utilize studio plus filters.

  2. Integrating Quickbooks into MyStratus. Giving us the option of running our full accounts from MyStratus.

    Integrating Quickbooks into mySratus allowing better bookkeeping for the whole business. As a management system it would be great to use myStratus for my complete accounts package. Everything being in one place. Sales and purchases all on one system. I already run all my sales through myStratus which is the biggest part, so then i would just have to add the purchases to complete my accounts. Also having the option of different VAT rates and full invoicing for different types of shoots.

  3. When bulk creating timeslots don't put them over closed holidays.

    Right now, when you bulk create time slots they post on posted holidays that the studio is closed. You have to manually go in and remove them from those closed days.

  4. Security feature to restrict/limit user to only view their own user calendar

    We would like to make it so certain users (photographers) are not able to see the calendars of other users.

  5. In Communication Manager, allow more than ONE type (email/SMS etc) to be scheduled at the SAME TIME

    If we want to schedule communications to a marketing plan (or group/filter) we have to go through the Communications Wizard each time for each type of communication that we are scheduling...
    So if I want to schedule an email, a text message (usually to say that we have emailed due to the junk mail issues) and then also schedule a phone call, I have to go through the wizard THREE times...
    Wouldnt it be easier to choose MULTIPLE communication types in this wizard (like how triggers can be set to do more than one type) and set each one up…

  6. Ability to schedule a SMS or other communication for INDIVIDUAL clients i.e. not in bulk through the communication wizard

    Currently we only have the ability to schedule communications as bulk lists/ marketing plans/ filters etc.
    Would be very useful to have the ability to schedule communications to a single client from the client or session tab
    Just one example, when scheduling social media posts a week or 2 in advance, we could schedule the client to get a sms 1 hour before we have scheduled the post to go live, that way they are far more likely to look and engage

  8. Make birthday the trigger separate for each family members birthday including the main client

    At the moment when you create a trigger for birthdays it triggers every birthday on the client card meaning HTML's or SMS's can not be personalised with the clients name or childs name etc. If we could have the option to have all the birthdays as separate triggers they could all be personalised.

  10. Allow PNG file names to be displayed in the Yearbook Image drop down menu on the Organization tab

    The full list of PNG file names doesn't show up in the drop down menu of the Primary or Secondary Yearbook image portion of the Organization page on a Session. Once chosen, a yearbook image file name will show up if it's a PNG, and the image will display, but the image can only be edited or chosen from the images tab.

  11. Add a Next Available button for Calendar Sessions and Appointments

    I'd love for our customer service team to be able to quickly jump to the next available opening for a session type or appointment type. They'd obviously have to select the type first, but then click a button that would jump them to the next opening be it in 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months, rather than visually inspecting the calendar for openings.

  13. Add appointments to todays snapshot (for virtual in person sessions)

  14. add 'Apply to all locations' button when setting up company preferences

    Currently you need to go and set up preferences for each location, it is very tedious and time consuming to make sure all the information was entered correctly and it all matches.

  15. When you create in invoice, have software notify you at that time if a deposit can be applied.

    Many times I forget a client has a deposit, and I send the invoice (collecting the entire amount), then when I enter the full payment in Spectra, I am notified that a deposit is available...I often have to refund an amount equal to the deposit.

  17. For the custom labels and lists, enable the ability to move the items up or down without losing data

    Enable the custom list items to be moved around (up or down). As we add items, they often are not grouped with similar items, so it would be nice to be able to change the order.

  18. Organization dropdown on webform for record

    It would be great for our clients to be able to pick their organization and it automatically goes on their record. This would save us time giving them a reorder. We have about 1500 online contact forms submitted yearly.

  20. List and open clients that are in the same group from the Client's Group Tab

    In other words, have 3 list boxes in the Client's Group Tab, instead of the current two. First two list boxes would be as they are now. Currently the list boxes are...

    1) All groups
    2) Groups that current client belongs to

    3) New list box would show the clients that are a member of the group that is selected in the second list box

    • double clicking on a client in the third list box would open that client 'card'

    This would make it more intuitive to work with groups for the purpose of relationships between clients such as ...
