An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for the suggestion Shane! We can already do this for responses to your automated texts. But this is a great suggestion that it should work for all text replies!
Responses to automated messages can be set to a department. You could have everyone be in that department. You can set that at Maintenance > Preferences > Company Preferences > Misc tab > SMS Texting section.

An error occurred while saving the comment Our software is actually TAPI compliant. So if your cloud based system supports TAPI, then it will work with our software. On each client record, you'll notice a small phone icon next to any listed phone numbers. If you click it, it will dial out the number.
However, we don't currently have the capabilities to pull up a client record based on an incoming call, so this suggestion will be left here!

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello! As a workaround for this option, I would suggest making each of the Colors a Price List Item, with the Inventory levels to match. Using your example, You could create an item that is "6x8 Frame: Pewter" and set the inventory to 40. That way when someone orders a frame, that particular color is lowered, while the others are the same.

Thanks for the suggestion Charleen! We can definitely look at Acuity for ideas to make our online booking better! Other than the changing the details of a session, are there other features you would want to see added? Can you send us some screenshots of some features you particularly like?
We do look into integrating with other products. But we prefer to do it ourselves. We have no control over the other company and what changes they make. One change can break our integration, and we take the blame for it. Some companies just stop the integration without warning, then we are stuck. That’s why we prefer to do it ourselves.
