    Hi,

    Can you clarify what you mean by case sensitive? Which "thing" should not be case sensitive?

    You can use the Advanced Calendar and add as many Users as you like, and it will show up on all those users calendars provided they have one.

    You can close all windows by hitting the X in the upper right corner of the main myStratus or Spectra window.

    I think a web form would fill this need for you. You can create it based on the Session, the client or you can access it via their phone or ipad or any computer.

    I'm not sure which clicks you mean, can you clarify?

    If you're using the Wizard, you can customize what Windows show up, perhaps eliminating some of the clicking between pages of the wizard.

    Which report specifically do you want to see the Bill-To client?

    You can build composites using the session images and then upload them so your client can purchase them, but currently clients can't create their own.

    I'm sorry to here you're having trouble booking Sessions and Appointments. The way the calendar is designed, is you set up how long you Session and Appointment Types usually last in Maintenance / Appointments / Appointment Types and Maintenance / Sessions / Session Types.

    Then to book one, you just double click on the time slot the Session or Appointment should start, and the end time will be adjusted once you select the Session or Appointment Type.

    I will email you more detailed information on this.

    You can set a default number of days in Maintenance / Preferences / Company Preferences - Invoicing tab.

    You can't leave the delivery date blank yet so we will leave that suggestion in place.
