    I would prefer this to be an option rather than the default. We have pages & pages of notes on our clients. If we had the chronological listing it would drive me insane having to scroll to the bottom every time I want to check something that is recent. I am happy to have most recent listed first.

    I have a work around where I have client groups for each lead source as well. When I get a return client I overwrite their lead source to the most current one. They remain in the original group & I add them to the new group as well. That way I am tracking the multiple lead sources using groups.

    I agree that this would be helpful. A work around could be to create an invoice & put the deposits against it even though no items have been sold yet. Then you can just easily see the credit balance of the invoice. I can see that it would be a nuisance if she didn't spend all the money at once though & you then had to transfer some of the credit.

    I definitely wouldn't want tasks to pop up on the day, We have way too many tasks & it would be a screen full of tasks that I would walk into each day. I would like to have future tasks not pop up when they are made however. It's kind of annoying when I am making a task for a future date & it pops up on the screen when I make it, I don't need to see it now, I just want to see it in the task list when it's due.

    That would only work if client numbers are not generated until the session date.

    Agree, we currently use tasks for this but it's clunky.

    Multiple lead sources is something we struggle with also. I don't necessarily think that 2 lead sources is better than one because where do you stop when clients come from multiple promotions? Technically there could be unlimited requirements. Our work around is that we use the lead source field for the current lead source & we use groups to track all previous lead source information.

    100% agree with this request. One of my pet peeves is the alphabetical sorting (& once upon a long time ago it wasn't alphabetical)
