  2. Expand size of Phone Number boxes on the Client information form to allow full viewing of numbers and extensions.  Now, ext are cut off.

    ....an easy work around: Type the Extension in the Label field to the left of the phone number field. For example, if it says 'Work Phone', you can overtype/add to that so for this client record, the field will display as you type it...something like: 'WORK EXT 12'

  3. Add the option to show the Bill-To Client as opposed to the Session Client on deposits and reports where that option is not available

    ...but what if the person comes in again in 6 months when they receive a new promo piece? I'd suggest that the way you got their name (as a Lead) should be the Lead Source, while each promo you send out would be best tracked as a Session Promotion. Hope this helps!     Other users can be added to unlinked appointments. Just double-click to open the appointment, then in the lower right, click Advanced Calendar Options. This gives you a tab (right next to General) called Calendar. Go to this tab, and at the bottom, check to select as many users as you want to! Another cool thing you can do is display multiple calendars, then right click to copy and paste an appointment. Hope this helps!
