Add Organization Info to Form Letters
We don't get the YB deadline until later into their Senior season, so we use made up dates to spread out the sessions. When we do get the deadline, we don't want to have to make X number of form letters to send to the students, one for each org, we request that it be an merge field.

Perfect! This would be a huge time saver! I have about 20 different email form letters that are all identical except for the cutoff dates and because you can't easily duplicate form letters... it's a huge pain!
