Email trigger for soon expiring credit cards
With Clients on Payment Plans, an email has to go to the Clients whose credit cards would expire soon so they can contact us to update the new credit card information. Often we come to know that a Client's credit card has expired only after the transaction has declined on the due date. Only then we start following up with the Client to update the new payment details.
It would be helpful to trigger an email or sms text to the Client before two weeks from the payment due date advicing they need to update their new credit card details immediately in order to process their direct debit.
