Email Linking - Offer Drop Down When Email is in Several Client Records
It is no uncommon (espcially in light of your system using the senior student as the client) that a parent email could be listed as the email for multiple client records. Please adjust your system so that if an email is coming in where that address is associated with multiple accounts that when the user opens it, a pop-up gives them a list of the clients in which the email address is featured and your user can then select which clients (a/k/a child) they want the email linked to.
As an example, we could be sending and receiveing emails to the same parent who serves as an officer in a booster group and has three children who have their own client records as seniors. We need to be able to assign the email to the proper account so that the Communications Tab is an accurate reflection of the communication with that parent about that account.
