At present, we use the high school senior as the client, but use their parent's email address, as that who we are dealing with. This creates a lot of problems, especially when the parent has multiple children you have photographed (which is what is supposed to happen if you run your studio properly).

The dilemma is that when an incoming email is received from the parent about the child we are currently working with, there is no guarantee that their email will be linked to that particular student.

A simple (while maybe not the most elegant) fix for this would be to have a drop down show on those incoming emails that the end user would clink on to select which of the clients that particular email should be linked to.

I am sure there are other ways to accomplish this. The bottom line is that when there is an email from a sender associated with multiple clients, the user (us) has to be alerted and given the choice of who the email is linked to.
