I have come to realize Session Promotions are really about the before and Price List Promo Codes about the after of a session. IDK if you mean promotional code associated with the Session Promotion or Price List, Hector, but I'd like to be able to use both ahead of time. Your use case might involve a discount applied as a Session Promotion with its associated Promo Code pre-applied to achieve the discount (assuming you mean "not the promotional code" to mean "not [a] price list promotional code [since these are the version of the two that actually will affect price in cart]").
