Let me choose celsius or fahrenheit based on my preference, not my region
My preference to use celsius has nothing to do with where I live - I spend part of the year in the US and I still prefer celsius. My mother will always prefer fahrenheit, even in Canada. It is a personal choice, not a regional choice.
