Integrate with a Cloud Based Call System
It would be amazing if cloud based phone calling and Stratus was CRM integrated with each other. That way you could make phone calls by clicking on contacts inside of Stratus. Also when a contact calls in, it is synced with the CRM so it pulls up the clients client tab when they call in.
Our software is actually TAPI compliant. So if your cloud based system supports TAPI, then it will work with our software. On each client record, you'll notice a small phone icon next to any listed phone numbers. If you click it, it will dial out the number.
However, we don't currently have the capabilities to pull up a client record based on an incoming call, so this suggestion will be left here!
