Being able to highlight specific aspects of notes would make them so much easier to read, especially for clients with a lot of data.

We could do this in our old system & aside from being able to bold, underline & increase the size of really important info, I could colour code other important data so I could easily pick it out when a client called & needed to quickly scan as I spoke to them. So for example, any voucher/session package info was in blue, family member info was green, pet info was purple, payment information was in red etc.

It made the notes so much more organised & readable. A wall of black text is not so much.
