In Communication Manager, allow more than ONE type (email/SMS etc) to be scheduled at the SAME TIME
If we want to schedule communications to a marketing plan (or group/filter) we have to go through the Communications Wizard each time for each type of communication that we are scheduling...
So if I want to schedule an email, a text message (usually to say that we have emailed due to the junk mail issues) and then also schedule a phone call, I have to go through the wizard THREE times...
Wouldnt it be easier to choose MULTIPLE communication types in this wizard (like how triggers can be set to do more than one type) and set each one up in the same wizard all to send at the same time?
