We are setting up our online booking for studio headshots so that our clients can choose between photographers or choose Any Photographer. To do this I have created the following test structure ....

Session Types ...
TEST - Headshot Roger
TEST - Headshot Chantel
TEST - Headshot All

Usage: Created timeslots for Chantel would have both session type's Chantel and All checked, Roger's timeslot would have Roger and All checked

The problem I am running into is if a client needs to reschedule, they click on the reschedule/cancel link and choose reschedule, they only get the session type they chose. If one of us is on vacation with no appointments they then think we are not available.

If we had a way for them to cancel only and not reschedule, then we could send them to the original booking page to book a new session. Right now setting the 'don't let the client book x number of days from the session date' doesn't work to turn rescheduling off because they see the message that they can't reschedule because it is too close to the date - which doesn't make sense if it is two weeks out :)

Our workaround is to add this to our client's email ...
Click HERE to cancel or reschedule with the same photographer. or to see all of our available times CANCEL, then go to our booking page to SCHEDULE

It would just be cleaner if there was a straight cancel link :)
