Unless there is a good reason to order multiple version of a single file, it would be ideal if you could prevent someone from being able to select the same single digital image for a package. I'd see it either as an admin option in Desktop or just a warning online: "are you sure you want to choose the same image twice"? Believe it or not, people do it, and it generates unnecessary customer service churn to deal with.
